Access to the property was via very small roads which had potholes and were poorly maintained. There were no signs indicating where the property was. The room had connections for a tv but no tv had been installed. The air conditioning was extremely noisy so we had to turn it off at night to sleep which made the room extremely hot.There was no WiFi connection in the trulli so we had to go to the pool area to get a connection.

Our accommodation was upgraded from a deluxe room a new garden trulli. All furnishings were high quality and everything was very clean. The surrounding garden was beautiful and the pool area was beautiful with lovely views, shade from the sun and plenty of room.

the property is located in a fabulous rural setting, very good facilities especially the pool, the breakfast was very good particularly the home made cakes, our room was exception with a stone cut dome in the bedroom.

Small and personal hotel, very friendly people who did their best to make fantastic holiday for us. A very nice and clean room and a good breakfast. If you want to find a nice restaurant of have any other question just ask Sarah or one of the others and the wil try to help you. You need a car wenn you go to Tenuta Monticelli because it’s in a very quiet location. We liked it very much and if we go to Puglia again we will certainly try to stay here again.

The wifi signal could of been a bit better but not too bad, the location is a little out the way of Gallipoli so you definitely need a car if staying here we did though.

The breakfast has a nice selection for a continental, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the pool area is amazing and beautiful sea and countryside views, it’s a very peaceful location and looks lovely.

Cause we were the first guests there was someone still doing chores around the pool, after breakfast till 1-2 pm. It would be nice, especially if you stay more than a few days if there was a lunch or diner option

The location is in a quiet rural area with great views, we booked a newly build trullo, wich was gorgeous, spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower good. Complimentary water on the room, nice breakfast. Cause it we were the first guest of the season'22 the staff needed to warm up a bit, but when asked for scrammbled egg, they made it for us. Nice pool and by car close to Gallipoli and gorgeous beach Baja Verde. Staff and owner were very friendly. Would come back.

We would have made more use of the swimming pool area if there was a bar and maybe some background music to help create a bit of an atmosphere.

Sara and the team were exceptional, they looked after us so well, the grounds are beautiful and the accommodation is clean and modern, with an excellent pool and sun loungers in a stunning location. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind.
