Personal was very welcoming and nice. We even got an upgrade for a room. Location was superb, lakeview was lovely. There were a few free temporary parking places in front of the hotel, to carry our baggage inside. Breakfast was decent, there was pretty much everything you could need.

The breakfast & coffee was so so… Was disappointed that on such a beautiful balcony no chairs with little table.. and in the room only one chair. So me & my partner could not both enjoy balcony’s view.

Nothing to dislike

Bike parking was ok off road hotel was clean and comfortable breakfast was good no restaurant but dining room open to bring your own from the supermarket round the corner or there is some nice restaurants up the road

Only 2 things for suggestion (1) need more clothes hook in the room and bathroom (2) cleanliness of the room floor should be a little bit cleaner.

I love this hotel with very nice staff, good location and stunning view from the room. The room not new but still look good.

At times, we experienced issues with the heating system. However, after contacting the reception, they promptly addressed and resolved the problem.

We spent three nights at the Hotel TEA. The breakfast was excellent, and the reception staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Although we didn't have a lake view room, the hotel still offers a fantastic view of Alleghe Lake. Conveniently located, offering opportunities for hiking, cycling, and relaxation.

Our room was neat the lift and was particularly noisy.

Location is fantastic, right on the side of the lake. Breakfast was great, good selection and plenty to eat and drink to set you up for the day.

Room furnishings a little basic but this is a good value hotel

Hotel is situated next to Lake Alleghe and our room had a great balcony with gorgeous views over the lake and mountains in the distance. Could not have been better! Easy parking here and 2 mins drive to free parking at telecabin. Staff were exceptionally friendly and very good English spoken. Breakfast with good coffee and a view of the lake. Good value for money.

But you still need car to get to the ski lift, it us not pissible to walk 500m in ski boots or carry ski equipment. Also breakfast was fine but there us room for improvement. We"ve missed mortadela. 😄 Also pacakes should be warm (not served fro the delovery box).

Location is nice by the lake,l. Rrom was better tgan expected, large enough for 4 people. Bare in mind we were most if the day on ski tracks.

Maria's service is impeccable, very attentive and polite, always willing to help. The hotel has a great location, with a wonderful view of the lake. We will definitely be back in the summer. We definitely recommend the hotel!
