The apartment was beautiful, with a spacious living room. It's situated centrally by Piazza Dante so is the ideal location for getting around Naples. The service we received was above and beyond standard service as well, with our host Valentina being really welcoming, friendly and helpful.

It would have been nice to have an electric coffee maker however there were places to walk to for coffee, breakfast and pastries.

The location and the apartment were perfect ! Close to many places. The hosts were very helpful and nice. Diego also drove us to Amalfi for a fee since we decided not to rent a car. We would stay again.

The only problem was cleanliness of the apartment. There were a lot of spider webs and dust all over the counters and facilities. Bathrooms looked like they weren’t cleaned at all because there was so much scale in the shower and even hairs in the drainage tube and on the sinks. Also, most of the dishes and the kitchen counters were not properly cleaned so there were crumbs all over the kitchen. Dish washer wasn’t working properly so all the dishes came back dirty (would recommend to add salt to it). Of course, this is not the owner’s but the cleaner’s fault so I would kindly recommend to solve this with the cleaner.

Our host was a really nice lady who helped us a lot!She managed to provide us an early check in and then spent half an hour explaining us to get around the city. She even booked us a trip to Amalfi Coast where we had our own driver. We loved it! Apartment was exceedingly large and spacious. It is great for bigger groups and friends travelling together. It is practically on the main street and has everything you need. There is a grocery store nearby, too. After we checked out, we were able to leave our luggage in the anteroom until we left for the airport and it really meant a lot. In conclusion, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again :)

Valentina was a gracious host. Responds within minutes to any questions or concerns. The apartment was spacious and had cool decor. This particular unit is on the ground floor so you don't need to carry your luggage up. It's central within the city and easy to access public transport or taxis. There's a supermarket around the corner and fresh vegetables/fruits nearby. All very affordable and easy to prepare at the apartment.

The location could not have been more perfect. The Hosts met us at the train station and were also at the apartment on our arrival. They were very very informative of the whole area and gave us great ideas of what to do. Loved chatting with them both. Turns our they had visited our home area too. Diego was so enjoyable to chat to on our trip to and from the station. Felt like they were family. Definitely would recommend this to anyone visiting Naples.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We loved Valentina, our host. She was especially helpful with anything we needed, and she went above and beyond with helping us get private tours as much as possible. She booked a private tour to see Ravello, Amalfi, and Positano, and it was cheaper than the group tour. We loved the flat. It was very spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. We loved the location. The market was within 1 minute, and Toledo Street, the main street, was within a 3 minutes walk. Here you can find all the shopping and food you could want.

2-story apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, stunning, spacious, clean and quiet in a perfect location, right next to via Toledo! Definitely a place I will return to next time I come to Naples! And the hosts! Wow!! There are no words to describe Valentina and Diego, who in addition to the pleasant hospitality also went above and beyond for us! When my friend forgot her passport in a taxi from the airport, Valentina called every single taxi company in Naples and didn't let up until she found the taxi in which she forgot her passport. And Diego who accompanied us throughout the process and expressed willingness to even come with us to the police station. Both truly saved our trip!!! If you are looking for caring hosts to take care of you, this is definitely the place for you

Great location, beautiful apartment , very friendly and helpful staff. The apartment is beautifully located in one of the roads next to via Toledo and this makes it a perfect location to visit Napoli. The apartment is very comfortable for 5/6 people and it has all sorts of facilities. The owner of the apartment was super helpful and even though she was abroad, she made sure to comunicate with us and to fix small issues that occurred during the stay. Super approved.

- the water pressure in the lower bathroom was very low; also it was very difficult to set up a correct temperature (always too hot or too cold) — the upper bathroom was ok - the apartment is well suited for 5 people except... there is no enough cups/coffee utensils in the kitchen; just go to the coffee place outside :)
