We had a hard time finding her place. The team lines and one way streets complicate things. She did walk to where we were and drive with us to her place!

Elaina was fabulous! She was super helpful and very friendly! Dinner was amazing and we were grateful to have it at the end of a long travel day!

We had to cross tram tracks to reach it, which made it a little odd.

It was homey with an outdoor area and a good place to spend the night before an early flight. Eliana is a WONDERFUL host, providing hospitality and information. Her home-cooked dinner was bountiful and delicious.

We have no big complaints. The bathroom is not large, which may be an issue for some people. Our room also faced the tram tracks, but it didn't bother us since we had the windows closed and air conditioning on.

We chose B & B Eliana because of its proximity to the airport and an early morning flight. It takes about 10 min to get to the airport by tram, or if you're like us and have a lot of bags, an affordable shuttle can be arranged. We also had a tasty home cooked meal in the garden, and Eliana packed us a breakfast to go for the morning due to the early time of our departure. Communication with Eliana was excellent from the time of booking to saying goodnight before we left. Overall this stay was exactly what we were looking for. I only wish I realized how easy it was to take the tram into Florence, we would have arrived earlier and spent the day exploring.

Eliana is one of a kind, the best kind! She can't do enough for her guests. Her welcome was lovely. Our evening meal absolutely outstanding and a complimentary bottle of wine. Breakfast was also amazing. I'm hoping she remembers to send me the recipe for her chocolate brioche bread. The one thing that disappointed us was the fridge temperature, but we would definitely stay there again. I want to do one of her cooking classes!

Convenient location close to the airport and the tram line to downtown . Eliana is welcoming and immediately made us feel at home . Clean and updated room and bathroom , comfortable bed . Delicious breakfast !

Host, location, host, comfortable room, host! We had a wonderful 3 nights in Florence with Eliana as our host. While the room is basic, but comfortable our stay was a delight - we enjoyed Eliana’s cooking in the evenings and mornings, and conversations with her and her husband. The location is steps away from the 15 minute tram into Florence (which also connects to the airport) which made it a haven away from the crowds (even in mid May) in Florence. Eliana also provided secure parking close by. However, there is not much in the way of cafes, bars or restaurants in the immediate area.

The location is ideal for those who want to stay near the Peretola airport, only a 10 minute drive. It is not clear the property is a B and B, but once you get in it is clear that it is a small but well-run establishment. The room and bathroom facilities were spotless and comfortable. The owner and host Eliana was very cordial and helpful. As I was traveling under pressure, I failed to note that I needed to reserve a lunch for the day I arrived. Eliana was more than accommodating, preparing me a great homemade lunch of tagliatelle with sugo, wine, water, bread, a delicious fresh salad, all in abundance, in a very sweet and small garden right next to the property. She was so kind as to help me with my heavy luggage as well as arrange for a driver for me at 3:45 am for a 6 am flight. Moreover, as I was confused as to how to let myself out, out of which locked door, early in the am, I had to call her, and she very graciously came to show me how to get out. I was very grateful for her kind and warm attention to me. I hope I get a chance to return!

Great location for our arrival in Florence by car, possibility of parking at a distance of 20 m from the place of accommmodation. Proximity to the tram ( 1 min). It’s very easy and fast ( 15 min) to get to city center. Elina was very friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast, clean room .

A little noisy at night.

I was looking for a hotel near the airport. It was perfect for my needs. Only two tram stops to and from the airport. Eliana was the best!! She is very helpful.

The room decoration was not really my style, but I think that is something personal. All good, in general.

Located just across the tram to central Florence. I could pick up dinner selection in advance, and it was delicious. Easy to park.

Eliana was a wonderful host. She even had bottles of wine for purchase, which was needed after the commute in. The room was absolutely darling. Plus, the French doors in the room led to a little patio.

Eliana prepared a lovely pasta dinner and breakfast for our early flight. She also arranged a driver to take us to the airport at 4;30 am.

We stayed at a family room, which was a bit small. Still it was no big deal, as it was for one night only. The breakfast was nice, but nothing special.

Eliana was a great host - she met us in front of the B&B, as we couldn't find it, showed us the parking, allowed us to leave our car there after checking out, showed us the tram station (which is right next to the property, so we were in the centre of Florence for 15-20 minutes), and cooked us delicious dinner. :)

Staying at B &b Eliana is like staying with family. This host is a Super Host indeed. She offers a lovely dinner menu along with the free breakfast. There is also arrangement for a car to hire to the airport, which is very close.

Location is good if you don’t want to stay in touristic downtown. Room is clean and bed is good. But most of all, Eliana is a super star, wish there were more people like her in the world🥰
