Unfortunately although given very detailed instructions there were some transaction issues and we also came from opposite direction at night very tired. Access and Lift is easy once you know how. Apartment is a bit tired and dated and drain smell is bad but this is Venice I think all over and get used to it. Big bed not great comfort wise but 2 singles great.

Amazing location and views from windows over the roof tops of Venice. Good size apartment with plenty of space. One large bedroom and one very small. Great communication effort and availability to assist late at night was appreciated. Very quiet and excellent base.

Wifi seemed to be a bit of an issue if you left the main living area however we contacted the host who reset the router and I believe it was fine after that

Great location. Close to all the places we wanted to visit with one of the main vaporetto stations 5 mins away. Flat was huge, and the facilities were also good. Lots of eating/ drinking places close by also.

Everything was fine…. maybe a little bigger couch would be good.

Everything was as described. One day before arrival, we got all the necessary information about getting to the Apartment, getting the keys etc. We found an absolutely clean apartment in 3rd floor of an old palace. The flat itself must have been renovated not many years ago. There are stairs and an elevator. San Marco, Rialto, Fond. Nove are reachable within a few minutes walking. Restaurants, supermarket, bakery, other shops are nearby.

The location of the apartment in really good, it's near to the principal attractions, the apartment is very big nice and clean, it has all the necessary to have a nice time in your vacations. The host is really frieldly and attentive. It is a great option to stay in Venice.

The owner used What's App to send us directions and instructions to get to the place. The room with the twin beds was smaller than I imagined from the photos. Our adult kids were a bit crowded in there. Otherwise, the location is quiet and close to the airport shuttle boat. The views over Venice are pretty from the windows.

The first night, we did not have access to the AC. While it was not needed during the day, the evenings were too warm to sleep comfortably. We asked for the AC the second night and it was provided.

- lift was not great - many steps up to the apartment which was no issue any other time except with luggage - Although there is air on in the main areas of the apartment, there was none in the bedrooms

The hosts were very helpful and accommodating- even giving us recommendations as true Venetians! The apartment was in a great area in an old doges palace on a Canal. It was large, clean and had some unique furniture and decor. We loved it and highly recommend this place!

Excellent apartment with all necessary facilities. Comfortable beds, great location - just 15 minutes walk to San Marco Square. There are lots of cafes around, mostly visited by locals that are them more interesting. The appartment is located in just 5 minutes walk from the water transport station that makes it very easy to get from and to the airport and to the nearest islands. The appartment is in the old Palazzio but modern and cosy with spectacular views from the windows. The owner Stefania is very helpful. If in Venice again, I will definitely stay at the same apartment

The second bedroom with the two twin beds was quite small, and we were surprised at how many mosquitoes there were in the unit, mostly because they window had to be open to get airflow, and there were no screens. Shower was very small.

The second bathroom was just a toilet and washbasin with no shower. Apart from a single sheet of typed instructions regarding WiFi and power, there was no tourist information provided. The second bedroom is very small.

The apartment is in a palazzo, right by the water and is near to cafes and shops, but very quiet at night. It has a view over the rooftops. The facilities were clean and comfortable. It was within easy reach of the Grand Canal.

The directions to the property were totally inadequate and misleading. The photo of the front door on the listing belonged to another property and caused total confusion. It made the beginning of our stay totally stressful.
