Super friendly staff and perfect location right in centre of Sorrento. Room was a great size and had everything we needed with a lovely sized balcony that had the sun all day.

My partner is gluten free , they provided her with many options for breakfast. Aira was the person of contact , before arrival and on arrival , she was an excellent host 👍 she made us feel very welcome and was very helpful.

Staff : All the staff where lovely especially the lady in the breakfast room and the waiterswho took our bags off us upon arrival and the lady who checked us in the whole place was great we spent a week in room number 11 and loved it .Also felt like a hotel the cleaning lady came in everyday and kept the apartment extremely clean. We love everything. The only suggestion I would make is that when cleaning the rooms, the water bottle should be refilled. However, we asked for a new bottle at reception and were promptly served.

We loved our choice to stay at Sorrento Apartments and would definitely stay there again. They are just a few steps from several restaurants and shops. The train station from Naples and the bus station to other cities on the Amalfi Coast is a 10 or 15-minute walk away. The room is a great size and very well equipped and decorated. The breakfast had delicious and fresh items.

The stairs in room are somewhat not good for kids. Apart of this, everything is perfect and practical. Owner and staff is very friendly, Breakfast was somewhat was limited with sweets and cakes, but its fine and kids loved it.

I liked the location, kids friendly, clean and good space for family. Loved the location most as its close to the central market and also coast is very close to go to Amalfi, Positano, Capri. Restaurent is attached so you need not to go very far for anything. Will choose it again if I am there !!

We didn't love the breakfast, to be honest; there was quite a nice spread provided but not a lot which appealed to us.... And the fan in our bathroom was incredibly noisy. But these are minor things. Overall, we'd highly recommend Sorrento Apartments as a wonderful place to stay in Sorrento.

We loved the staff at Sorrento Apartments and the location was excellent, in the older part of town, close to the lift to the port, and some great shops, yet not overly noisy. The room had nice decor, a lovely balcony, and was accessible by a lift.

We disliked nothing about the apartment

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. The front of house was so lovely. She even came out to the street to find us when I called to say we were lost. The room was lovely with a large terrace. Nice hot showers and super comfy beds. The breakfast was really nice. A good selection and a lovely smiling face to welcome you in the morning . We will definately recommend and return to these apartments when back in sorrento

A better light over the mirror in the bathroom is needed. A box of tissues would be appreciated, otherwise everything was very good.

The mirror in the bathroom was hung high. I am short and could not see in it to dry my hair. A full length mirror on the bathroom door would have been optimal.

Nice room with a balconny and a view. Well located but still quiet. Grear breakfaat with varied choises. Some gluten free options also given when requested. Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming.

Walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in other rooms, slept poorly as a result of noise.

Great location, close to the port and all amenities. Beautiful decor and comfy bed. Staff very nice.
