We had an absolutely amazing stay at this flat in Pisa! The interior is beautifully designed and exceptionally spacious, making us feel right at home. Communication with the host was flawless – they went above and beyond to provide us with all the recommendations we needed, from the best local shops and dining spots to entertainment options. The location is superb as well; you can reach the iconic Leaning Tower in just 15 minutes and enjoy a delightful evening walk to the historic Roman aqueduct in about 40 minutes. The flat is spotless, with a level of cleanliness that truly stands out. We were delighted by the thoughtful touches like an abundant supply of tea, coffee, spices, and even individual packages of olive oil – something you rarely find elsewhere! For those who have early flights or enjoy long walks, the flat is conveniently within walking distance from the airport (about 30-40 minutes). Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we highly recommend this flat to anyone visiting Pisa!

Perfect area, close to centre, walking distance to train station - we used the train a lot, nice and spacy apartment perfect for two, well equipped even though we had most dining out, mosquito nets in windows, clean, nice and helpful host, coffee capsule mashine, bathroom… It was very convenient to live in Pisa and use trains to visit Lucca, Firenze, Cinque Terre etc

Difficult to find a parking lot along the same street but it’s not a big issue if one is willing to walk as there are more lots across the river.

Great location, good for waking into the city and with good amenities ie shops nearby. The flat is as in the description. Great for two persons. The bathroom was great and the bed very comfortable. There is also a lift that was great for luggage. But the best was our host. Excellent communications and very helpful. Very proud of her apartment, there is a twin opposite. Takes good care and interest in her guests. Good suggestions for cafes etc. made our stay even better

The host was exceptional and very welcoming! We were super happy to have good airconditioning in the apartment; in summer, it is super hot in Pisa. The host helped us when we had a question and was very kind to accommodate our request fro check out. The place is very clean and nice. the bedroom is much bigger than on the pictures. We were there for a wedding of a friend and were happy to have a good iron and ironing board at hand. The host is taking care of recycling and we were happy to have available bins near the door to apartment.

Apartment is super clean, spacious, newly renovated and nicely decorated. Equipped in everything needed to have pleasant stay. Only 10 mins walk from Pisa tower, old town and railway station. Host is very responsive, friendly and helpful :) Highly recommended place for everyone visiting Pisa.

It was beautiful, very close to supermarkets, restaurants and bars. The view from the apartment which has a lookout to the river is amazing and the check in was very easy. The Host was very friendly and helpful and was happy to help with any requests. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a beautiful, quiet and clean apartment.

Excelent host comunication! Apartament is near street but have very good sound proof windows so inside is silent. Also location is greate - between Pisa tower and train station so you can walk to any direction in about 15 minutes (30 to airport). Bed was comfortable and service excelent.

1. Very nice clean apartment with new renovation. 2. Comfortable shower. 3. Comfortable beds and pillows. 4. New utensils in the kitchen, including pans and pots. 5. Good location with beautiful views of the river. 6. There was tea, coffee, salt, oil, etc., shampoo, and iron in the apartment. 7. It was very nice to find bottled water in the apartment after checking in. 8. A wonderful Magda who helped with everything and sent clear instructions for check-in and check-out. It was one of the best apartment we have ever stayed, like home. Thank you very much!

Take your shower fast, the hot water runs out quickly - but that is an Italian thing in general (I think).

It is a beautiful apartment with a view of the river. It is quiet, spacious, well-equipped, and feels nearly new. The host is the nicest person, and she is very attentive. She helped me with a sensitive piece of mail and let me stay in the apartment past check-out time until the main arrived.

Sonnino House ist a hidden gem. The location is just a bit off beat the main street, but the the apartment is simply put FANTASTIC! It's super quiet, and the view onto the garden is soothing. Magda and Eric are superbe landlords and give helpful hints and tips. It's my favourite place to stay in Pisa and I'll always come back again and again!
