You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SpainThe only downside of this room was the steep staircase. I wouldn't recommend it if you are not comfortable going up and down the stairs, especially with luggage. However, it is common in Cinque Terre.
Authentic Cinque Terre experience in a charming room perfectly located - near the train station and in the heart of Vernazza. The room and private bathroom were very clean. We also had a minifridge, a handy small table with shelves and a clothes rack. The host was welcoming and gave us helpful tips to explore Vernazza and its surrounding. Perfect for a short stay at Cinque Terre.

The room was in a building typical for Vernazza, giving it a really nice vibe. The room itself had everything we needed. The host was very kind and friendly, and also recommended us places to eat. Overall amazing stay!

United StatesBed was hard & uncomfortable. The towels & pillows were thin and stiff. Be warned there are 5 keys to get into your room & very steep stairs which made getting in and out annoying and difficult. You can also hear everything from the other guests since the walls are so thin - we actually thought people were in our room at one point due to this.
Great location in the heart of Vernazza. Beautiful rooftop terrace and views from the windows. Large room.

ItalyNot enough heating, luckily we had few warm winter days. But at night, we had to sleep with lots of jumpers etc to stay warm. The other reason I would go back was the cigarette smell from the rooms below us. We are a non-smoking family, and we couldn’t walk through the corridor fast enough, trying to open and closing our door quickly so the smell would go in with us too much. The smell was so strong, we had all our clothes and hair smelling. That was really off for us.
The location is great, the place is clean and very cute. The host was lovely and very flexible and welcoming. Only basic items provided, but it was ok for our 3-day stay, and whatever we needed, it was easy to get as lots of little shops and small supermarkets near by for the everyday needs. Train station is super close, but location was quiet and felt safe. A must for everyone is to experience a meal at the restaurant called Bar Le Torre, the best food around, great service, the view is amazing and it’s only few minutes walk (up hill). The restaurant was the highlight of our stay.
