While booking it said ‚apartment with terrace‘. Once we had it booked it said ‚WITHOUT‘ terrace.

Listing is not clear, I paid for a terrace room, but we didn't get the terrace. Waited over an hour for host to meet us to check-in. Walls are thin.

Cute decor, perfect location. Good size for an overnight stay in the Cinque Terre.

The climb up the stairs to the apartment is challenging but part of the charm!

The property was delightful! Felt immersed in Italian culture here. Great space with amazing old world charm, loved the rooftop patio with amazing views. It is right in the centre of town, 2 minute walk from train. So convenient. Gemmy was a fantastic host.

Perfect location, unique place, amazing rooftop terrace, great instructions from our host. Worth it to stay in Vernazza which is busy during the day when the tours come through but we had it to ourselves in the evenings.

The winding stairs are a bit of a climb with bags, but also adds to the charm.

Charming and cozy room steps away from the train, but hidden from the rush of the crowds. Very clear, helpful, and prompt communication with the host. Accommodation had all the essentials, including espresso. Amazing view from a room. Highly recommended!

Great location. Vernazza is not over-touristy like Monterosso. Quaint and historic. Terrace has a beautiful view of the town and ocean.

The provision of a QR code for guest information was never provided and the question of internet access was left unresolved. It was our understanding that the host had to go to a medical appointment but not have any communication with him for 5 whole days is unacceptable.

The location in Vernazza being very central and easier in terms of the amount of stairs to climb which was less than others but still not negligible. If you have mobility issues then best to pass on Cinque Terre entirely.

No coffee.

By far the best part about my stay was the top patio... the view was incredible and watching the sunset set was magical. We also turned around and watched the moon rise at the same time.

The apartment was in a great location close to everything but quiet. We loved our stay!! Our host was very helpful and made us feel welcome. Very close to the station 2min walk and to the start of the walk to Montorossa.

Only one thing and it’s very minor. We arrived in the dark and it was very difficult to read the numbers on the lock box.

Absolutely loved staying in at Solemagia. It is so quaint and made us feel we were living the Italian dream. The linen was nicely laundered and the bed very comfortable. There were tea and coffee making facilities and the location is perfect. So close to the station and restaurants and shops. We stayed on the first floor which was up some steep steps but manageable with our luggage. I wouldn’t hesitate in booking there again and hope I can one day soon. The host was very communicative and gave us recommendations of where to eat and what to do.

On the smaller side but the terrace makes up for it. It's a steep walk up for anyone with mobility difficulties or cumbersome luggage. Small shower but clean and did the job since you are living the sea/beach life.

Cozy, comfortable room. Awesome location, terrace is an absolute bonus. 3-4 minute walk from the marina/port as well as the train station. Gemmy was super responsive as a host and provided us exact instructions to find the place, check-in, as well as local recommendations.
