Very close to the San Marco plaza, only a few steps away. Staff were very helpful to provide us with information we needed even booked a boat taxi for us.

I moved a side table to plug something in and it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in a long time. The outlet in the bathroom was not working and there were no paper products ( paper towel or napkins)

We went to the wrong location. The owner came to get us and walked us to the correct location . The location was great

Very unfortunate I was not told ahead of time the washing machine was broken as that was a selling point for me, we needed to go to a Laundromat instead as we packed light and needed to do all our laundry. The host did offer us laundry service at another rod their properties but the Laundromat was easier. About a 10 minutes walk from the apartment and sat at a cafe across way while laundry in progress.

The windows in living room and kitchen face the back of the Procuratie Nuove, the southern end of San Marco square. I learned how to make coffee in a Bialetti each morning and enjoying the view. I didn't use the rooftop as I had planned as the seagulls and pigeons scared me off and parts are sectioned off and in need of repair. The apartment was clean but needs some improvements in bathroom around tub. The folding shower door set up doesn't help the issue, nothing to do about that except chamge the set up of the shower but very limited in the space with a window right there. Best of the situation there is, hosts provided slippers and felt clean enough. Toiletries were included as well as floor fans which were very helpful for air flow in the upstairs bedroom. Very hot in there even though it has its own air controls, not sure if it wasn't working properly or just a hard space to cool being so high up. Kids didn't seem to mind once I set up the fan. Upstairs bathroom so tiny but usable for toilet and sink. Host provided local info for meals, gondola stop and mini market. Very helpful and responsive to questions. Very convenient meeting point to take us to the apartment. We only had one meal at home which was very light dinner if salad and sandwichs which we purchased items in the small market. However there were pans, pots and dishes that were available. Dishwasher also.

Convenient location to sights, restaurants, and shopping. The roof terrace was a nice spot to relax at the end of the day. The owners were very helpful answering questions and arranging transportation.

We thought there was a terrace in our apartment. The images on Booking.com were a bit misleading as there are different apartments available.

The downside of a central location was the smell of the lagoon when we opened windows... Though this is mild and we would def stay here again and recommend it highly.

The location was excellent and it was a perfect base for seeing Venice. We loved waking up to the sounds of the gondolas and the view was great. Really appreciate all of the food recommendations.

The bathroom could use an update or even just repairs with some water damage near the tub and sink that was a little gross. The biggest thing to be aware of with this property is the stairs. It is up many stairs... like 5 stories (60-ish steps). There is a small elevator for transporting luggage up, which is nice. I would stay here again still because the room is so nice.

It was easy to connect with the host for access and they showed us around the property too. Great views from the patio, clean, comfortable and close to everything we wanted to do. Kitchen was clean and all of the spaces were comfortable and functional.

Most places in Venice don't have elevators and this was no exception. Being on the 4th level, it was a pain to go up the stairs. We only wish they had a lift.

We loved the layout of the apartment. It was also tastefully decorated. Location is perfect if you want to be close to the center, literally just a few steps from St. Mark's Square. The host Lara was amazing.

There were problems with hot water and heating of the apartment. Managed, but did not manage. Very poor blankets. The owners must state in the apartment description that the apartment is on the third floor without a lift.

Of course the place is right next to piazza San Marco. The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment comfortably accommodates four travelers.

Venice is expensive and in that context I think the price is reasonable. However the 1st floor bathroom had a technical issue (which I could temporarily fix) and the 2nd floor bathroom wasn’t operational. Also as a whole the equipment was somewhat outdated and sometimes worn out.

Location is great, very close to San Marco and other interesting sights to see. The staff was very friendly and communicated very nicely via Whatsapp. The whole checking in experience was very smooth. The apartment is cosy and the pictures are representative.

The main (and I think the only one) disadvantage were pillows on beds. They were very uncomfortable and it took us 2 nights to get used to them (some of us had to change them with pillows from the couch in a living-room to fall asleep).

The apartament was right next to the Piazza San Marco, yet it was a very quiet location. It took 2 minutes to walk to gondolas by the Hard Rock Cafe and I highly recommend to take a ride there rather than by the Piazzetta. The route was stunning! The apartament was very clean, fully equiped and its huge advantage was that both bedrooms had their own bathrooms - the first accesible directly from one of the bedrooms and the second one - from the hall, so if you plan to travel in a group of 3 or 4 people you won't need to share one bathroom and wait for all to be ready. The nearest market (quiet expensive) was in a 3 minutes walk, but there was also a cheaper one by the Grand Canal (called Coop) in 6 minutes walk. The wi-fi was good, smart tv had netflix, youtube etc. We could leave our luggage in the apartment before the possible time of check-in (which was very helpful). There was a problem with couple of personal things my friend left after we arrived, because the cleaning staff took them (by mistake I hope), but the contact with the owner was very good during the whole our stay and after all we got them back.

The staff was quick to respond to any of our needs. The shower wasn’t working very well but we were only there 2 nights and I mentioned it when we left. They apologized and were thankful for the feedback.

It was a shock to find out about the stairs, I may have missed this in the ad but couldn’t see when looked again. This was only a problem as we had a lot of luggage and a baby but if travelling without a baby it wouldn’t be an issue. The sofa could do with upgrading too, the swag cushions are not attached so unfortunately my baby fell off and bumped her head

The location was amazing!! Comfortable beds with amazing air conditioning! Good facilities in the kitchen as we were travelling with a 1 year old and TV you can connect Netflix too. Hosts were amazing! Alvin was very friendly and great to deal with
