Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.

By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United KingdomWe were a group of 5 plus a baby and at breakfast were not permitted to sit in one group outside. Breakfast staff a bit grumpy. Almost no vegetarian/vegan options for dinner - even the salads contained meat of fish. We had to find restaurants outside the resort for evening meals. Quite surprising as the resort promoted itself as environmentally conscious (reusable water bottles and plentiful recycling bins) should be aware of other eco-friendly areas eg meat production.
Breakfast was excellent especially selection of fresh fruit, nuts and seeds. Very good coffee served by friendly barista and lovely to eat outside. Resort nicely laid out with lots of beautiful vegetation - fabulous view from room. The pool was amazing - gently sloping around the edges perfect for little ones with long enough deeper stretch to get a few decent lengths in.

United KingdomCan’t say there was anything to dislike
It was clean, pool area was great. Beautiful and well maintained flora. We didn’t make use of the bar or restaurant area other than for breakfast, which was plentiful and enough choices were available. The beach was very nice, apart from the copious amount of seaweed which is a big ick for me, but I understand it’s all to do with the local eco changes.

United KingdomThe biggest minus is location, basically in the countryside almost in the middle of nowhere. just one pretty good restaurant (Mammai ) outside the hotel, 750 metres away, and a supermarket for different stuff you may need, for any others you must travel with bus or car , Cagliari 1 hour away with bus and in the other way Villasimius the same one hour away with bus. . 3 km away you can find a very good restaurant ( Clipper ) for sea food and Italian cuisine Second minus is The beach , small and with stones when you go in the water , and also quite muddy, not good for what this island have to offer. You must travel to Villasimius or Cagliari to find good and nice beaches. About the food, we've had just breakfast included (Swedish buffet the same usual thing every day ) . We ask about the lunch and dinner and the options was to pay €30 per person/day for lunch and €37 for dinner to allow you to eat an international Swedish buffet wich for us wasn't a good option and because like I said already the options outside the hotel wasn't many , this is a negative point for this hotel. There is also a club card fee wich is separate from the initial fee, apparently for sunbed, towels, using the pool..... and is compulsory €7 per person per day, and for us because we travelled almost all the days in different locations we found that we paid this tax almost for nothing. Cramped Bathroom .
Staff friendly and ready to help all the time Room Cleaning every day

IrelandVery loud music by the pool for most of the day and the bar at night. The hotel could do with having a 2nd bar for people who just want to have a drink and relax. Also it would be nice if they had glasses rather than plastic tumblers for your drink. There are ony two restraunts within walking distance so you have to have a car if you want to expand your choice of places to eat and also if you want to visit historic sites etc as the prices to go on organised excursions are expensive. There is a bus service however it can take about an hour and a half to get to cagliari but you could get there in 25 minutes by car, also the buses are not that frequent and there are only about 4 buses that go to the city direct each day. You need to download the busfinder app to purchase tickets.Once you have your bus tickets you just board the bus and scan the qr code on the bus to validate your ticket.
The room was clean bright with a mini fridge/safe and aircon and was serviced daily. The breakfast was great and there was a good selection of bread fruit cheese pastries etc . I found most of the staff throughout the hotel to be friendly and helpful during my stay. There was lots of sunbeds and plenty of space around pool and the small beach which offered a spectacular view. The entertainment crew were great with games throughout the day such as bowls on the beach ping pong and darts etc. The thallasso therapy pool is well worth a visit and is good value for money as you get 2 hours there for €20 . There is a machine in the lobby that dispenses chilled water at no charge which was great as you could fill a few bottles up whenever you needed.

BrazilThe only thing we didn’t like was that the selection of drinks and foods in the all inclusive could be better. The red wine offered in the “all inclusive” is horrible and an offense to an Italian resort. They should improve the quality of the beverages, but no increase in price, please!
Amazing! We’re from Brazil and enjoyed a lot. Marco is an excellent singer! The staff is very kind and attentive. The pool area is AMAZING: whoever had the idea of putting those rocks inside the pool is a genius of design. The same level of brilliance is everywhere in the entire resort.

SwitzerlandThe hotel is a bit older and some parts are a bit broken, but looking at the older comments on the hotel, the owners seem to constantly improve all parts.
- The staff was very nice and the maitre of the restaurant was just phenomenally doing his work, be it as barista, somelier, entertainer of kids or waiter --> chapeau to that - The room was very spacious and the beds were very comfortable - The pool was always very clean and had a perfect shape and logic for swimmer as well as kids

GermanyNo screens on windows so had to use the AC at night, a drive to the better beach (shuttle service not started yet for the season).
A pool that was deep enough for the kids to play in + lifeguard on duty. Free loungers by the ocean. Towels for the pool that are not having to use those from your room. Breakfast catered to all different tastes, continental Europe + UK. Eggs 3 ways, pastries, breads, spreads, cheeses, meats, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans. Close to a Coop for small snacks + fridge in room.

RomaniaThe room is quite small and outdated (we had triple room with sea view). The bathroom is tight. The beach is not Sardinian perfect but it’s good to have a walk or even bathe, with loungers included. 15-30 min away there are better beaches.
The staff at the reception is very nice, especially Francesca, who is extremelly friendly and helpful. We also liked the access to the pool and the beach. The breakfast was good but the same every day. Coffee is exceptional, Michelle did an awesome job to serve everyone. We also had buffet dinner which was great as well, with beverages included. The hotel has its own parking and we could always find a spot and there is parking on the street as well.

IrelandThe beach was nice but not for swimming. You could only relax on sun bed. Card machine did not work most of the times so if you were not all inclusive you must wait to be able order or pay for drinks.
Great views and fantastic pool! All staff very friendly but Anna and Franceska were amazing! Nice food and great coffee at the breakfast! We had nice time as the place was not crowded ( first week of May). Grazie mille:-)!

ItalyCons: 1. The beach is right next to the tourist port so it is not the pristine beach you see in pictures. Actually swimming in the water where the boats come in and out is just gross 2. Lunch and dinner are buffet with a fixed cost. €30 per person for lunch and €37 per person for dinner. This is a hefty price if you’re traveling as a family and/or you don’t eat a ton 3. There is one small restaurant at the port next door and nothing else within walking distance so you really don’t have alternatives unless you want to get in the car 4. The indoor pool was broken when I was there. I went in off season and I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool, knowing it would be too cold to swim outside. There were no concessions made by the hotel other than a €5 discount to use the sauna, which I had no interest in 5. The ‘sea view ‘ was a view of the port 6. The tennis/football pitch was in pretty bad shape in full sunlight the whole day
Pros: 1. Extremely friendly and kind staff 2. Very clean 3. Nice outdoor pool 4. Large breakfast buffet 5. Small enclosure with farm animals and some wild life around. Nice for kids
