Perfect location - little bit away from termini thus quiet, but literally next to the best gelateria in town. Room we stayed (3 people) was spacious and very clean. Would definitely recommend to anyone, who are not planning to stay in hotels during their visits, but wants clean and nice place to come back after a day in town

Now I had one problem with my stay and it was the doors of the rooms . They are hard to open. The hotel uses this electronic device on the door handle which really is clumsy. Next this might be a Rome thing , after you use a key and turn the lock the door doesn’t open unless you know the trick that you must lean the lock out as well to make it open. I think in the 21 century this is unacceptable and we needed help to get in room and so did everyone else.

Now I must say this place was great for the price and the location is great. The room was good and it is right next to a famous gelato place which was nice.

Our toilet seat was loose which was annoying, we found an old flower behind the desk and a plane ticket that showed cleaning was not 100% but it was clean enough to feel well staying there.

All the doors, including the apartments and main doors, are very loud. If you arrive late you are going to make a lot of noise for sure.

The location is really nice. A lot of places to eat nearby. Air conditioner is a lifesaver during summer.

Coffee machine doesn’t exist, it must be add.. if you can’t add it in all rooms at least put one in the corridor, I gotta walk to the first bar to have coffee! Bed wasn’t comfortable, pillows neither

Downfall was how filthy the bathroom was. In particular the shower was covered in mould and grime.

The facilities are very basic. Maybe shouldn't be considered a 3-star hotel. Overpriced (as it is the case with accommodation in general in Rome).

The staff is very helpful. They allowed us to do early check in and kept our luggage after checkout. Check-in and out process very easy. Size of the room was enough for three people. The location is convenient, 10-minute walk to Termini station.

Very modern technology driving this hotel room, but it all works well. Location was a little difficult to get to from Termini station.. involves a bit of a walk even from a Metro. Room was comfortable. Wifi, when working was excellent. Staff very friendly, but communication in English was understandably tough.

In a room of 3 I kept banging my head against a wall lamp. The bathroom was very noisy (fan, a stuck faucet). The overall automation (smart locks) was cool too some degree, but it was difficult for grandma to go in and out of the building.

It was as advertised. Personnel was helpful, answered promptly to messages. Everything was fine, just not that good value for the money as other places...

A bit noisy since the room door didn't block out sound. Thin walls so I could hear the people in the room next to me.

the property is not in the best part of Rome but was right in front of the bus stop, so traveling around the city was very easy. the staff was friendly and very helpful.
