We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWell. Within 2 min in the hotel room, the under the sink cupboard whatever it was broke down. I thought there ware shelfs there so I tried to open it and believe me I didn't use any force just pulled the corner little bit and the whole thing came apart.
Location was so beautiful and peaceful. Definitely can recommend. Spa facilities were great. Little bit busy but that's understandable as there was a wedding 2 days in a row. Food in Harry's Restaurant and breakfast were exceptional.

United KingdomThe walls are thin, there was a guest next door who snored extremely loud also noise in the corridor can be heard especially on the Sunday when there was a wedding reception on and guests were returning to the rooms a bit merry. There wasn’t any hand soap either which should be there. I didn’t highlight anything during my stay as I wasn’t there long and didn’t want a fuss but I’m sure the staff would have helped if I asked as the interactions I had with them they seemed friendly and approachable.
The spa is lovely and the hotel and grounds are really nice

United KingdomThe walls between bedrooms are very thin - we heard next door’s conversations! Also it was a busy Saturday night with lots of doors banging up to midnight which spoilt it a bit for us. Would have liked greater gluten free options for breakfast and dinner

United KingdomThe weddings had to move rooms I should have been put in a different room to begin with as I was staying for quite a few nights. They also state that they don’t allow dogs however when I asked they have allocated dog rooms I specifically went there because I don’t want to be in a hotel with dogs. They have since updated the website.

United KingdomThere needs to be another bar away from the restaurant for when you just want a drink. If there is a wedding on, as there was for our stay, then there is no where to sit and relax other then the restaurant or your room.
Very Friendly and helpful staff. The room was lovely and clean. We ate in the restaurant and the food was amazing, would definitely go back again.

United KingdomThe place is like a maze, very large areas with signs that could do with updating. I actually got lost on my way to breakfast. Ordered room service which arrived promptly however, the burger and onion rings were way over-cooked and actually burnt so much I couldn't eat them.
nice, clean, large bedroom. Lovely and quiet looking out onto open fields which was nice. Excellent facilities including gym, spa and pool which were great. Excellent breakfast options, all cooked well and a large range of different items.

United KingdomWe booked a king room and had expected the room to be large enough to comfortably accommodate a kingsize bed. However, we were notified on the day before arrival that our room was a stable room which we discovered was not in the hotel building but in a stable block. We were disappointed as the room was small and cramped, made us feel claustrophobic. The wardrobe almost touched the end of the bed and with the luggage stand erected between the two, it was a squeeze to move around. The window frames are rotten so we couldn’t leave the window open due to there being no pins to keep the latch in place. It felt poorly refurbished with a lack of attention to detail. We moved to another room for the next couple of nights and were much happier.
