We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomLoads of mosquitoes, Very far from reception swimming pools entertainment and everything else:(Even entrance to the sea was a bit far:( really overpriced! you definitely need bike otherwise you will be tired to walk, especially with the small kids, as I was pregnant, I couldn’t use bike. I had to walk everywhere and because it was too far we never used entertainment or play area. They should make closer entrance to the sea as well. Was annoying to walk everywhere too much. Personally, Emy, I think it’s too expensive!

Czech RepublicNew campsite is on the other side from main reception, entry and main pool - it was about 15 mins. There were no sun beds and umbrellas available on beach and also no shower.
There was 2 big pools where was possible to swim, nice stand with cocktails and coffee behind the main reception. It was close to beach. Nice animation program - especially acrobatic show. Camp is close to harbor for traveling to Venezia. Also representative of New Campsite Roberto was very helpful and friendly.

HungaryVery little amount of facilities (pool, animation, sport fields), very small campground with pros and cons. Venezia is very close but the boots are very expensive. Finally we traveled by car and paid for parking in Venezia, it was much cheaper than traveling by boat with the whole family. If you stay longer and you have time to use the 24-hour ticket to Venezia/Burano/Murano/Lido, then this campground is a good choice. Otherwise there are better options in the area.
The grass all around the campsite is unique and was amazing (in May!). As it is a very small camping, not popular so not crowdy at all (in May). If someone is looking for a quiet and well maintained place, it's a good choice.

SloveniaMosquitoes, a lot of them are everywhere inside, outside, at the beach. A/C and WiFi are pre-paid service.
The room is equipped quite well with kitchen appliances, two separate bathrooms, playground in the middle of the campsite. The sea is just 50m away. A few supermarkets are located not so far, but 5 min by car (Eurospin and M& D). It is a very good place to stay with children with affordable prices! If you are going to have a trip around by vaporetto (water bus) there is a big parking near terminals (8 euro for 12 hrs), one day ticket 25 euro, 2 days - 35 per person!

Hong KongHaving two little kids was a bit tricky - 2 of our 3 nights were quite noisy from the beach bar and the entertainment from the campground next to us. Also the showers were hard to regulate (really cold or really hot - maybe a portable bathtub for babies could help ). Getting to pool and kids activities is about 1km walk.
Nice bungalows - modern and clean! 3 minutes to the beach and beach bar. the campground itself has good facilities- pools and grocery store. the kids loved the activities. Roberto, our host, was super friendly and helpful .

New and clean accommodation. Very close to the beach. Even though the camp was completely full, the beach was not overcrowded. Great location for trips to Venice or bike riding.

There is a good supermarket, and pizza place and great icecream bar 👍🏻 A lot of moskito’s (not to be helped) but being proper repellent Airco works if you buy a card to operate it, not expensive but a little annoying

Czech RepublicAccording to our site, the reception and shop was almost 15min walking, maybe would be nice to have shuttle service when urgently needed.
Exclusive family camp. We enjoyed every moment. Beach was very close and beach restaurant near to our site. Local camp shop was very sufficient with wide sortiment. All camp guests was in a good mood thanks to beautiful natural atmosphere. Trip to Venice is just 5min by car to the port and 20min sailing!
