It was a really nice stay, the owners were so helpful, kind and responded quickly to messages. The room was spacious, very clean and has all needed amenities. The big plus was that the drinkable water/ small snacks were available all the time, there was the common space with kitchen which can be used. Breakfast was good in the secluded, green garden. Location was perfect, near the center, however it was on the street where was really quiet. Owners planned everything to the smallest detail and with high standard. Great price, would definitely recommend!

No real complaints. We stayed in the Double Room with Garden View, which we knew was on the small side. Furnishings were minimal but comfortable. It would have been nice to have more counter space in the bathroom.

The Garden Secret is a tranquil natural gem nestled close to the heart of Florence. You will be pleasantly surprised to discover such a peaceful oasis within walking distance of Florence's main attractions. Inside its walls lies a remarkably beautiful and serene garden. The room was spacious, immaculate, and incredibly quiet. And, last but not least, our host Lucrezia was wonderful and assisted us in numerous ways. This is a place we wholeheartedly recommend without hesitation.

The Secret Garden is exactly that, a beautiful oasis tucked away in a magic space. Upon arrival were greeted warmly by Lucretzia and Filippo and had a brief tour of their ample kitchen and outside patio. We received an excellent information package. Our luggage was carried upstairs to our room and we were installed. Breakfast was served outside each morning, it was fantastic as were the jasmine and roses blooming beside us. The location is away from crowds, very quiet but still has access to Florence sites. We appreciated the dinner reservations they made on our behalf. Our airport departure in the very early hours went smoothly and we were lucky enough to have sandwiches made just for us to take with us. A lovely stay .

I thought Lucrezia was a wonderful host. Location was great and the room was large / clean. Breakfast was very good- no complaints there. Also I appreciated for my early tour the to go breakfast that was left for me. I think you will be happy with this B&B!

The perfect hosts. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Great location, a little oasis close the the centre of the city. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Large table for guests allowed meeting and chatting with fellow travellers.

Lucrezia and Filipo are super nice hosts. They gave us excellent recommendations on restaurants and museums. The breakfast is prepared by the hosts in front of you which made it like a family morning breakfast. The breakfast was tasty, rooms were clean and quiet, beds were comfortable and city center is near.

Lovely place with wonderful garten. My room with balcony was very clean, comfortable and cosy. Chilling on the balcony in the late afternoon was very nice experience. Breakfast was simple and tasty. Lucrezia and Filipo are very nice and lovely people. I also love two turtles walking on the grass in the garden. Just nice, family atmosphere there. Perfect stay.

Cannot fault this property, lovely garden , we had a terrace room and would highly recommend booking this as we were able to sit out and relax after a day of walking. The owners were lovely and friendly .Enjoyed the breakfast too.

Nothihg to improve on, felt like home from home.

The welcome was very friendly, the room was inviting and comfy, the shower was spacious, the location was great for restaurants and shops, the ability to use the kitchen was great, the list of places to eat was very helpful, the garden was lovely and the breakfast and homebaking was really tasty. Really sweet that biscuits, crisps and liqueurs were left out I to help ourselves. We would definitely recommend and go back agian.

My spouse and I were blown away by the beauty of Secret Garden: from the kitchen where Lucrezia so kindly served us delicious breakfast and guided us with excellent recommendations for sites and lunches/dinners (seriously, her restaurant recommendations truly showcase just how delicious Tuscan food is!), to the room featuring plants and lovely decor, to the street Secret Garden opens up to: a historic city bright with art and culture. We loved it and plan to come back soon. Grazie, Secret Garden!
