The shower did not drain so could only be run for about 30 seconds before the bathroom started to flood. The kitchen could have been better equipped - no wine glasses for example. The waste/recycling arrangements were also unclear

The sofa in the living room was noticeably broken. Also as a tea enthusiast, I was disappointed to find that there was no teapot or kettle in the kitchen.

The panoramic vistas of the sea were truly mesmerizing, making it a perfect retreat for anyone seeking a tranquil escape. The location itself is a major plus – close to local attractions, restaurants & port. Also I must commend the host for his friendliness and responsiveness throughout my stay.

Although the parking is right across the street from the apartment, the entrance to the apartment is on the next street so you have to walk some distance with your luggage on arrival and departure

this place was in the center of the city. the appartement was rlly airy. There is all you need in the appartement for cooking, there is also towel and sheet. Gianni was really helpful and responsive, amazing host ! amazing appartement 🤩

Sound proof is not very good, it's nice to heard ocean sound but on Saturday night it could be hard to sleep ! All apartment is used (probably end of season)

Property was clean and modern. Amazing view and great location - right in the centre of the old town. Really enjoyed our stay here, Gianni and his wife were really helpful with knowledge of the area and spoke great english. Would 100% recommend to stay here.

Unfortunately the seaview window is right above a restaurant's garbage storage, so smell & mosquitos ... didn't dare leave window open. Luckily it's still not too hot or busy. Probably can do with some insulation or something to sound proof the apartment as you can hear everything that is going on next door & they were not being loud.

Location, view & apartment were amazing. This was super important as I was there with my mum who is 70+ & was not sure how she would feel being away from home - she loved it. Good natural light and lighting in general. Great space & in the best part of Trapani. Street well lit, elevator always worked & good internet connection & overall felt secure, walking distance to everywhere we needed to get to. Spectacular sunsets right from the bedroom window! Gianni was super helpful, met us earlier at short notice & responded to our queries right away.

There is a restaurant in the street so there is noise in the evening (you can always close the window). I missed a coffe machine and a welcome bottle of water in the fridge (especially when you come during the siesta and the water from the tap is not drinkable).

Great view from the window (it's nice to awake with seaview). The appartment is bright and nicely furnished, situated right in the center of old town.

+ it's not a "minus" but it's worth mentioning here - for everyone who complains about the noise - the apartment is placed next to the sea, but the road also. It will be a little bit noisy but closing the windows solve the issue

+ localization - it's very close to the port/train/city center + owner is very friendly and helpful - we asked for an additional iron, which was delivered next day. Gianni gives us few tips about the city also + the apartment sea view + cleanness in the apartment and the building + washing machine! It's not so common during the holidays, so we were super happy to have it in the apartment

All was fine

The appartment is very nice, clean and on the perfect place with a beautiful view on the see and sunset on the see. The Gianni and his wife were perfect in English and did helped us very much. They were waiting for us with the key and introduced us the appartment, showed us a perfect place for parking our car, indicated nice places to go and visit,... very nice people. Appartment is perfectly equiped - we did notmissanything, fully renovated and nice to be there.

it shows that nobody ever lived there. Many things were falling apart and kitchen was missing basic stuff like a cutting board while fridge froze all our food. But the main issue was the internet - we messaged the host shortly after arrival but he didn't reply until the following day. The internet kicked in for a few hours after his reply but was gone following morning. Also fuses switched off 3 times during 2-day long stay, so something's definitely wrong with electrical installation.

Bedroom is located just by the promenade. I bet the view would be breathtaking in warmer months. and the price was very decent
