Great place to stay with my wife and 16 month daughter. There were plenty of family with young kids of similar age and my daughter enjoy playing with. They have a cover kid playground even if it doesn’t have aircon was quite good and with great bar service adjacent. Pool is great but no shadow mushroom waterfall. Staff treat us very very well,

The property is a bit dated bathroom/rooms, but clean and we were happy with the room. Loved the pool and the beach seats. I don’t know if I would rate this hotel 5* but definitely a good 4*.

Everything absolutely amazing: for meeting us at the airport organised by the reception. earlier check-in, cleaning, breakfast, perfectly organised beach, comfortable room with perfect air conditioning, till our transfer back to the airport. The best impression is about the hotel people (Sony even want to use the word “staff”): Alessia at the reception, Ivan at the restaurant, Luca - the customer service guy at the beach, - that are super professional and super nice personalities. Thank you for the great week we had at your hotel, hope to be back one day

Not a lot of children facilities and playgrounds, but since you have a seaside, you are mostly spending your time with them at the beach.

The food is excellent, a lot of seafood, very delicious deserts, very kind and cheerful staff, a lot of non-smoking areas, private beach, great see and the beach itself

The absence of wellness was a disappointment as it is advertised; a 10 % discount on a (expensive) spa next door is definitely NOT "wellness offered". The hotel is oldschool in the good and bad sense of the word. The hotel is expensive for what it offers. Bibione is not Côte d'Azur.

The hotel oscillates in between 4* (facilities, breakfasts) and 5* (service, dinners). The breakfasts need improvements both in offer and organization, the buffet dinners are absolutely superb (the a'la carte dinner in a separated hotel restaurant is by far the best dining experience in Bibione). The cleaning service is absolutely superb, they didn't hesitate to clean at 9 pm when needed. The beach is exactly the one you are looking for with kids.

The room was large and comfortable and also had a balcony. The breakfast buffet has everything you could want and the dinner is superb. There are well-maintained pools, but we didn't use them at all as the sea beach is only a few steps away.

I wish I would have booked a larger room. We came to this hotel after a very long journey, needed to sleep. For two days we had to listen to hammering noises. There was some remodeling being done above us. There was no chance to get some good rest/sleep. When I told someone at the reception they did offer to move us to a lower floor. After our long trip we already unpacked some things and really not up to moving. I think that the noise still could be heard! I really believe #1 they should have informed the guests at check in about the remodeling. #2 I strongly believe some compensation should have been given!

The breakfast buffet was very nice. The bar set up and the terrace was very enjoyable!

Only downside of the hotel was the hotel’s hallway lights. Every other light was not lit which made it really dark.

The hotel has a great location and a great view of the ocean. The staff are kind and helpful, the dinner is exceptionally well prepared and is by far the buffet in Bibione. The beach area is also clean and well kept, just like the hotels swimming pool.

For price paying, rooms/bathroom should be renovated, little outdated. Had link in bathroom and broken ceramics.
