You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Breakfasts were great. The pool area was lovely. The whole property was immaculately clean and well-designed.

Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice delivered on a tray every morning between 0830 - 0900. Nespresso Italian coffee machine with capsules replaced daily. Staff extremely helpful. Fridge stocked with wine, beer and water at competative prices which was handy.

United KingdomOverhead shower could do with a bit of a clean and the bedside tables were a little dusty. Some noise at night from outside and other rooms.
Communication re check-in and parking was great and very efficient. A map was provided of the area and suggestions for dinner. Help with arranging car parking. Good to have a small kitchen area and somewhere to sit to eat breakfast. The breakfast selection was really good with plenty of variety and delivered to the room at a time convenient to us.

SwitzerlandWe had a fantastic stay. The room at the third floor was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast! The host Alessandra was very friendly and welcoming, as well as the other staff-members whom we met during our stay. The location is fantastic - only 2-3 minutes walking distance to Corso Garibaldi. All the many highlights of historic Brindisi are easily accessible on foot from the facility. Public transport works a beauty - the railway station is also within walking distance - hence, this is the place to be without having to bother about a rental car. By the way: the local trains run like clockwork, are modern, clean and inexpensive - trust me: I’m Swiss :-)

This BNB was such a great choice. The location was only about a 10 min walk from the station, and only a couple of mins to shops, restaurants and the port. The room was very nice. The bed was comfy and the wifi was good. The breakfast that was delivered each morning was plentiful and yummy. The best part of this BNB is the pool area. The pool was so refreshing on these hot days and there were lovely lounges there to relax in as well. Definitely recommend this place to stay in Brindisi.

I was only there for one night before heading to the airport in the morning but would be great if staying in Brindisi over the course of a few days as it has an apartment set up with small kitchen. Great location just off the main street and a short walk to the port /quay so there is never a restaurant or bar too far away.

Alessandra, our host, was very friendly, helpful, and professional. The apartment was spacious and spotless. The location was excellent, less than five minutes walk to the main street and about ten minutes to the port area. The rooms were all a good size and were beautifully decorated.
