Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Super clean, modern room. Had a problem with TV which was resolved in no time at all. Highly recommend this property. Whilst breakfast isn’t included there are excellent coffee facilities and yoghurt available. Good bar and restaurant options close by

Check in was super quick and easy via a touchscreen and the host had excellent communication via WhatsApp. The location is perfect - walking distance from all the sights but also conveniently located opposite the tram stop if you don’t want to walk or venture further. Also incredibly easier to reach either of Milan’s airport. The room was spotless and had everything you could want. The shower was powerful and was a nice touch having the toilet separate. The bed was SO comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Cannot fault anything with the room, host, location - would recommend to anyone visiting Milan!

We were only there for one night so didn’t realize until we were returning to our room after dinner that there were several nice-looking restaurants just a few minutes away (in the opposite direction from which we had left the room 8 hrs earlier, so we didn’t see them).

United StatesYou should know that the host is only on the property for a couple of hours a day, although reachable by phone or WhatsApp. The in-room breakfast was a cup of yogurt (no spoon but it’s drinkable), a cookie, bottle of orange juice, coffee/tea.
So quiet! Good location, a 25 minute walk to the Duomo, 50 minute walk to Central Station, restaurants and cafes on the street. Clean and comfortable room. Host was so helpful with information ahead of my arrival.
