It only had 1 bathroom- and our toilet clogged the first night and we didn’t have a plunger. We just used hot water down the toilet and threw the toilet paper in the trash. It was only an issue when multiple kids needed to use the restroom. Walking up 6 flights of stairs maybe hard for some folks - but a good work out for us. It was a bit warm in the master bedroom, but we left the AC on while we were out and closed the windows so it stayed cool when we got home.

The property was nice and roomy for a family of 5. Good location- easy to walk to all the tourist locations. Kitchen was great had all the amenities and the washer came in handy!

AC would be nice in the bedrooms as it got hot and leaving the windows open let in mosquitos. WiFi didn’t work throughout the property. Knew about the stairs ahead of time but hard to navigate with luggage, also took us a few days to figure out how to turn on the stairwell lights. Could use extra towels and more mirrors throughout.

Spacious, updated and nicely decorated. Lots of natural light, beautiful views from all windows and the AC in shared areas worked well. Location was great: a quiet residential area but in walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, vaparetto stops, etc. Provided a nice booklet with information about the apartment and Rome.

Perfect location, just five minutes from the bus station and water taxis. Very quiet up on our floor, but only 50m from a busy thoroughfare with shops and restaurants. Well lit to the apartment so we felt very safe. Comfortable beds and beautiful view of a canal from the bedrooms.

The house itself, its building, beautiful view to the canal and churches in the front of the property, location closes to bus, vaporetto and stazione ... everything is above our expectation. Also it is convenient walking distance to Rialto Bridge, Academia Museum and various piazzas. We managed to make a day trip from here to Verona and Padova without a hiccup. You will reach the apartment by stairs so if you have large luggage it's better to leave some at the luggage storage in the station and bring only necessary stuff with you.

It was difficult to carry the buggy for 4 floors, but it’s a charming ancient building so we understand the lack of lift.

Gorgeous property, perfect location for us, and lovely hosts. The host was waiting for us upon arrival and carefully explained a plumbing/hot water issue. We were immediately given the option of switching properties or staying with a partial refund. We had already fallen in love with the penthouse, so opted to stay in spite of no hot water. (it was 99 degrees, so cold showers were no problem!!) The refunded money was immediately deposited. And don't let the stairs scare you away. The extra exercise gives you an excuse to eat more pasta! The hosts were always accessible and so lovely. I wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was heavily scented with plug in deodorizers. Maybe less of these or more subtle reed diffusers . The door was confusing to unlock but the staff responded quickly. Maybe a quick walkthrough of unlocking and locking at check in?

The apartment was so centrally located yet off to the side in a quiet residential corner. It was a perfect place to come back to and relax after all day walking Within a few minutes walk you can reach restaurants, bars and stores. The apartment looked even better in person than the photos. The kitchen is well equipped if you are staying longer and want to cook. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Venice.

We never did figure out how to turn the lights on in the building entrance, so we usually climbed the stairs in the dark. 😂 But phone lights did the trick. We would absolutely go back to this apartment. Highly recommend. 👍

The apartment is lovely and feels more like a home than a vacation rental. It is a very big apartment, filled with light, beautifully furnished. The wooden beams traversing the ceiling make an interesting architectural feature, and the views from the bedroom and dining room are lovely. We really loved the location, a great jumping off point, centrally located without being in the over crowded tourist zone. It was quiet and charming. The staff contacted us shortly after booking in order to help us plan our trip, and organized the airport taxi for us, which was very helpful. Unfortunately our airline lost our bags, but Dora (Who met us with the keys) was wonderful about following up with us to see if we needed anything in the interim, and let us know when the bags arrived.
