Coffee and tea facilities should be standard in all rooms. Gym facilities could be better - room was open and too hot. Breakfast could be better for allergies (no signs), they had soya milk but no soya yogurts and no gluten free breakfast options but it is ok for a few days stay (fruit, eggs, cold meats, bacon).

Very clean, good pool, good bar, close to a great beach. Great coffee at breakfast. Very quiet and easy to relax.

Our Building’s Air conditioner wasnt working and wasnt fixed for 4 days. They also didnt have a choice of group tours that left from the hotel or closeby. (You will definitely need a car if u stay here & wont have any tours to join).

Cleanliness, large peaceful property with green lawns, good breakfast, spacious rooms all come with a terrace, 2 min walk to a long stretch of white sand beach, private beach with free sun loungers, few restaurants, small super market and pharmacy 3 min drive away.

All the staff were super kind and helpful. Housekeeping team were exceptional too. Room was comfortable and we had a lovely surprise to welcome us as we celebrated our anniversary, this was very nice to have the staff go out of their way to make our trip extra special. Pool was also amazing and such a relaxing area. Breakfast was okay.

The beds are very hard so we didn’t get the best sleep at night. Such a shame. Also there isn’t any music or vibe going on in the bar at night, so had no atmosphere, maybe it’s because we’re there later in the season?

New hotel which is clean and has great facilities. Such lovely reception staff who were so helpful, lovely breakfast, amazing beach a short walk away which is close to the beach cafe and toilets. Great location with other fantastic beaches only 15-45 mins drive away. The town is close by (15 min walk) with lovely restaurants in. Would recommend this hotel!

The breakfast is really poor, the breakfast is not sufficient for the number of visitors (needs to be planned better). The dinner portions are too small. I understand that you should make some profit, but do not exaggerate. The menu is not vegeterian friendly. some of the dishes contain meat without mentioning so you end up eating meat and having to wait for another not so tasty alternative.

No lunch or dinner available on site all week but no mention of this when booking even though the offer is shown on their website so we had to go into town to eat. Swimming pool was freezing despite 25+ degrees air temperature outside. They closed the hotel down on the day before we left but we weren’t told this beforehand.No breakfast available on final day and they refused to allow us to take any fruit on the previous day to allow for this. Small discount offered for this inconvenience. They tried to charge for swimming pool towels we hadn’t used.

The staff from the reception, especially the lady who was in when we arrive. First of all I send them message with a few days before to arrange our rooms one with queen bed and one room with twin beds for my two child and she gives us the rooms in different buildings… another thing was when I payed for the rooms with my card and the limit of the card wasn’t mede up, she looks at me very strange, and she said apologize for the Inconvenience but not to me, to the lady who attended after me to get the room. The beach is on the 400-500 m out of the resort and didn’t have bar or toilet.

A fresh, newly rennovated hotel. Nice and clean territory, swimming pool is a good extra. Excellent and welcoming staff, great service indeed! The rooms are clean and nice. Private beach at the sea - definetely a plus on a crowded beach.

Music at the pool a bit loud for our taste (especially if you are not a fan of reaggeton-like music). We didn’t like the fruit juices from the machine, especially after having experienced decent tetrabrik ones at the beginning of our stay (their quality was lower from our pov). Some parts of the room missed proper cleaning, like the headboard of our bed, where dust piled up for some days.

Great facilities: they seemed quite new, spacious room with comfortable bed, air con working perfectly, very nice pool with plenty of sunbeds, big parking area. Good location, 5 min walk to the beach, with free sunbeds for hotel guests. Good breakfast: good variety, especially with tasty fresh fruit and a very fine selection of croissants, quick restocking when any items were over. The staff is very nice and attentive, most of them speak English.

We had to get the room with a view of the mountain, but we got a view of the fence. Problem with a lawn watering system, in the evening it starts to work and spray the entire terrace. The trail to the sea is not lit at all in the night time. During the breakfast people are waiting in line at one coffee machine. I think it is possible to eliminate these shortcomings, so I give the hotel 9 points in the hope that the problems will be solved in the future. Good luck to you!

The hotel is very new and beautiful. The rooms are very clean, the bed is comfortable. The staff is very friendly. Great large pool! The hotel is close to the sea. It has free sun loungers by the sea.
