The breakfast was a bit boring

Great staff, amazing location and the fact that it doesn't have an elevator it was a blessing for us! Climbing the stairs to the 4th floor every day was a great opportunity to burn some energy from the impeccable Firenze food 🙂

i didnt like how they didnt serve breakfast, and i didnt like the stairs in the hotel.

i liked how the room had ac. I liked how nice the staff were and i definitely enjoy the area around me.

Other tourists, just take a note that the building is ancient and does not have elevator. For us that was not a problem but take in mind that 5 floor could be an exercise for you 😂

Grazie mille! We felt very welcomed and comfortable during our stay. Thank you for earlier check in and opportunity for leaving luggage, as we arrived early morning. The room was clean and tidy. Everything worked and it was a really good stay comparing to many other hotels of the same price. Oh, and location is perfect of course!

The bathroom was the one area which we didn't like. It was too cramped and left barely enough space to get in and out of the shower.

The location of the hotel is ideal, i.e within walking distance from the train station and the main attractions. The room was comfortable. Hotel does not have seated breakfast, but did provide free tea, coffee and juice from dispensers and croissants in the morning (self-service), which was a nice touch. Staff, especially Elton at Reception were helpful and provided good advice.

Location brilliant, our room linen was all nice and clean, for us the room bedding etc being clean is an absolute priority, keep up the good work. Breakfast was not provided as such but the hotel did provide a coffee room, with brick rolls, which was an unexpected nice touch.

I counsel that if u like a little more space reserve a double even as solo traveler. Yet, as I hear the little room for Flr standards was good. I think a bit of color and nicer spread will add cheerfulness to the room and hotel.

Service and friendliness were top. The manager/Owner was extremely courteous and informational. His receiving guys and other employees gave the extra mile too. Location excellent.

The location is perfect and Stefano and the staff are very helpful and nice. I was a solo traveler and received an up grade to a double room for 6 nights which was a pleasant surprise. You will be right on the main street from the train station to the Duomo but the noise was not a problem since they have excellent modern windows than when shut block 95% of the noise. The pastry/sandwich/coffee/cocktail shop right next to the entrance is a major plus!...those guys there are great!

Noisy little place, especially on the first floor during the breakfast service so bring earplugs!! Wifi is pretty shocking and so is reception, can’t get either in the room so either have to hang out body out the window or sit in the corridors.

They advertised free breakfast and there was only coffee and packaged dry crackers. They advertised air conditioning but apparently they were too polluted from being “turned on all summer” ( We are in April….) and the staff refused to give me the remote to operate the air conditioning.

Well, the place corresponds to the expectations for a 2 start hotel. Bathroom is a bit moldy, we needed to unscrew the valve for the toilet water ourselves, there is no elevator and breakfast is no option.

The hotel offers free coffee and location is just perfect. We were allowed to store our luggage securely after check out. Staff was very kind to us at any moment.
