The room was clean except for the bed. It was clear that the mattress hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There were several hairs and toenails present. There was quite a bit of noise given that this room is located in a building in the middle of the biggest tourist attractions. But if you shut the doors, then it’s not a problem. They also provide ear plugs as well.

The property is just steps away from the Duomo Santa Maria di Fiore. And the room has a nice view is the front of the Duomo and the bell tower. The windows open up like French doors allowing you to observe all the activity below and the duomo. This is the heart of Florence and there are a lot of shops, cafes, and restaurants within walking distance.

I loved the location , in the middle of everything. Easy access with digital key. Room was very clean and with an exceptional view and quiet. Great Service and responsiveness - I have very good experience staying here and definitely come back again.

The air conditioning was noisy but it did not stop me sleeping through the night although I did use the ear plugs provided. My daughter did not and she slept fine also.

This hotel is centrally located and in a lovely building off a Main Street. Whilst located in a busy street we had no issue with noise from our room (we were on the third floor). The bed was possibly the most comfortable bed I’ve had in a hotel ever. The room was a good size and the bathroom was well stocked with products and not in silly little sachets or small bottles. The shower was good. The hotel is not manned and so no one will come and clean your room each day but we did not find this an issue. If you run out of anything or want clean towels everyday, there is a cupboard on the floor for you to help yourself to. Our stay was excellent and being here just for a long weekend and being so centra to everything meant we could come back in the day if needed or were never far away at the end of the day to get back to the room.

Small shower & air conditioning is very loud and not very strong

Location was amazing, stepping right outside your hotel with views of the Duomo. You’re in the heart of shopping central. There is popular jewellery store called Marlu within 1 minute walk. There is always a massive line at this store, since it was such a close walk I got there at 8:30am and waited until 9:30am until they opened to be first served. Well worth the wait.

The air conditioning was noisy, which was a bit difficult at night. The bed was a bit weak, or rather it sank in a lot.

I felt comfortable in the room with a view of the roofs of the cathedral. The room and bathroom were clean and nicely furnished. A small fridge was also a great advantage. The location is unbeatable. I felt safe as a woman travelling alone in this area.

We liked everything about this property. The only thing was that there was no actual person to communicate if we had any questions.

The location couldn’t be better, the view & big windows open to the historic Duomo of Florence. For 2 adults & one 12 yrs old we had one relatively big room & one smaller for the 3rd bed. For Europe it was very specious & comfy with great location & view.

the special side of this hotel is that there is no lobby or staff. communication is just online. you check in the information by email (room password etc.) and checking out same way or qr code on the door. however, since the address link sent to me at the entrance showed the wrong block when opened on the map, it took me a long time to enter. and if there will be a problem at late time of you cannot reach anyone because whatsapp help is just chatbot, and booking center is hard to reach. the cleanliness could have been a little better.

many thing is great about hotel. the location is perfect. easy to reach and central. I came by train and walked couple of minutes. there is a restaurant bar in the same building. I think it is a very good hotel in terms of price performance.

The location is exceptional, you have everything within walking distance and literally in front of the Duomo. Very easy to check in and check out. Locker to store luggage within the premises was very useful
