silvia was the most lovely host i have ever encountered. she cooked a lovely homemade breakfast every morning and was extremely welcoming and friendly. unfortunately i fell very ill and silvia did not hesitate to let us stay an extra night super last minute and offer a doctor and any other help i needed.

Location was perfect for walking along the seafront to Otranto old town. The room was exceptionally clean and the area was very quiet. Silvia couldn’t do enough for her guests. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Silvia also gave us excellent suggestions for where to visit while there.

Rooms are in close proximity, so loud voices in the room next to us and on shared terrace carried quite easily. Otherwise, great!

Beautifully decorated modern room on one floor of an old family home. Silva, the owner and host was extremely hospitable and friendly, offering us cake and a drink when we arrived, in addition to a most delicious and generous breakfast, complete with scrambled eggs made to order! The hotel is located within a 5 minute walk of the Otrantro waterfront...with stunning ocean views and many wonderful restaurants to choose from. The old town there is small, but delightful to walk around. One of our fav spots on trip.

We liked it all!

Lovely property in a quiet residential area with available parking spaces, close to the beach and 10mins walk from town. Very clean, spacious room with balcony, comfortable bed and good shower. Breakfast was excellent, Silvia is very friendly and goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable with lots of helpful info, suggestions and even recipes! We enjoyed our stay very much and loved Otranto, so much so we tried to alter plans to stay another day.

Nothing wrong with the room or the hospitality, only the price... it was the most expensive place we stayed at during our 4 weeks in Puglia. I understand it was high season and that at that day there was hardly any vacancy in Otranto due to the festivities but a price 25% lower would have been more appropriate for what was offered.

Quiet, well maintained place, 15 minutes walk from the center (and beach) of the town. Clean, comfortable room and very good homemade breakfast. Our host, Sylvia, was warm, very helpful and attentive.

Nothing! We couldn’t fault anything - it was really perfect.

Everything about this B&B was exceptional - the room and bathroom were both spotless and very spacious, we had the best shower we’ve had in all of Puglia, the breakfast was unbelievable and delicious both mornings, and we liked the location of the property - slightly away from the old city and in a quieter area, whilst still a very quick and easy walk to the old city. But above all, we loved the host, Sylvia! She is clearly so passionate about her B&B and she goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable, get to know you, and to look after you during your stay.

Once the desired temperature was reached, the air conditioning unit in our room repeatedly cycled on and off every 30 seconds or so, which disrupted our sleep.

It was in a quiet neighborhood but easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. The facilities were clean and modern. The balcony was nice.

We had the most delightful experience at this charming bed and breakfast! Each morning, we were treated to a mouthwatering selection of delicious salads and cakes for breakfast, which offered a wonderful variety that satisfied every craving. The room itself was an oasis of comfort and elegance, beautifully tasteful in its decoration, and exceptionally clean. It felt like a home away from home. The hospitality of Silvia was warm and welcoming, making us feel like cherished guests throughout our stay.

Nothing as such. Lack of elevators would be an issue for anyone carrying heavy luggage. But it didn't bother us. Also the Air Conditioning in the room could have been little stronger for the blistering summer time when we visited.

Clean and well kept property with spacious rooms and great breakfast with home made cakes. The owner Silvia was always available to help with queries. She even dropped us to the bus station when we checked out as we were late. Definitely a place to come back if we are visiting Otranto again.

A perfect location with perfect hosts. We weren't too sure what to expect as it was such good value. Sylvia, her family and staff were amazing. Everything you could hope for in a BnB. Exceptional breakfast, outstandingly clean and a host who makes you feel at home. We will definitely be returning.
