Two single beds were put together, so not ideal, as you get two mattresses forming your bed.

It is spacious, well decorated and stocked up very well, they even put the steamer. Location is great too.

I didn’t like that there was no one there for the arrival and the information about how to enter was not super detailed. Definitely didn’t make my stay worse but I would check next time for the same price with assistance. I would prefer a place with a person to assist arriving for the price paid.

It’s very very comfortable and very good location. Remember you should find a place to park around, Rome is crazy, it’s not their fall, but still a issue.

Everything about this property was fantastic. It’s a great location, the bed was very comfortable, there’s a full kitchen, access to a washing machine (no dryer however). Everything is brand new (May24). We had a few issues that were swiftly fixed by the team.

A little far for us to walk to the metro train station with luggage so we had to take taxi. It was hard to find a taxi in the morning to get to Termini.

There’s nothing we didn’t like about the property, it was perfect.

The property was absolutely stunning, in the perfect location! It had absolutely everything you could want, including a washing machine with detergent provided. The staff were so accommodating, offering to look after our luggage once we had checked out.

The first day of our arrival, it seemed like the apartment must have been sealed closed for a while, since there was not an inch of fresh air in there! We had to open all the windows and let the apartment refresh for quite a big period of time. Even though the apartment is renovated, the odor from the building (which is not brand new) was a bit musty. Another thing to mention that needs to be fixed, since we're talking about a luxury apartment, is at the end of their kitchen cabinets the lower cover is missing. When you sit on the couch, you could see right under. Moreover, IKEA cutlery and utensils are a huge No for me. We cooked one night and their knives are barely useful. Wine opener is also missing. We had to go to a restaurant across the street to open our bottle of wine. Other than that, all good!

I really enjoyed the space and the minimal design of this Luxury Apartment. The apartment is extremely spacious featuring a large comfortable bed, large closets, large amazing bathroom, 2 smart TVs, a comfortable sofa and a modern kitchen. Access in the building is only by codes and you don't interact with anyone (only by phone). The company makes sure to reach out to you via WhatsApp and sort out all of your needs, in a matter of minutes. Location is Spot On and in close Proximity to All. Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna are in walking distance. Also all the Fashion Houses on your feet, just few streets away. On the actual day of our check out we had a later flight to catch and they managed to accommodate our suitcases in a different location, at Via Mario de Fiori. When we went to pick them up, since we had a few spare minutes to stay in Rome, one of their people gave us access to their private roof of the building in order to hang out there. This was one of the highlights of our trip, since the city view from there was Spectacular! Later on they also managed to arrange us a car service to take us to the airport, in a reasonable fare. I would definitely come back!

I highly recommend these apartments. The tenement house and apartments are renovated and furnished in a very interesting design, and the materials and furniture are of really high quality - it makes you feel like you are in a luxurious interior. Cleanliness also at high level. The location of the apartment is fantastic. When you leave the apartment, you are immediately in the middle of beautiful streets, lots of fantastic restaurants and bars, and within walking distance to many of Rome's flagship monuments, including the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon, the Spanish Steps and the Vatican. Going to Piazza de Spagna you can also do some good shopping on Via dei Condotti in boutiques such as Fendi, Balenciaga, PRADA, Gicci and many others. Ok, but in the end the most important thing is FANTASTIC APARTMENT SERVICE, contact via WhatsApp whenever you need it - they are very professional, nice and very obliging people - and that's why We will definitely spend our next stay in Rome in the same place!!! :)

Fantastic stay in Rome! It's always a plus when the apartment exceeds expectations with its spaciousness and amenities. Being conveniently located within walking distance of all the tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants definitely adds to the experience. Beutifully renovated and spacious apartments with great location in walking distance to all major attractions. Close to Piazza del Popolo and Piazza di Spagna, yet situated in a quieter area with a more local feel. Staff is available at nearby hotel, but also via phone/Whatsapp. They were highly attentive to us during our stay and always very responsive. Definitely a good choice if you are traveling as a couple or small family.

The apartment was more than perfect, cannot recommend it enough! Fitted with all new and modern furniture. The location is perfect, in walking distance of everything including the pantheon and Spanish steps. The concierge service was outstanding from booking our airport transfers to sending us a list of restaurant recommendations and leaving chocolates, Prosecco and a card on arrival.

I recently stayed at the Ripetta Luxury Apartment in Rome and had an absolutely fantastic experience. The location couldn't have been more perfect, right in the heart of Rome, close to all the major attractions. The apartment was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, making it a pleasure to come back to after a day of exploring. The staff were incredibly responsive, always available to assist with any questions or requests we had. Their attentiveness and helpfulness truly enhanced our stay. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Luxurious and spacious apartment in Spagna area, could easily fit 5 people. Staff were very responsive and friendly. 24×7 response on whatsapp. The decor was lovely and so was the feel of this brand new apartment. Everything was provided from coffee machine, tea, coffee, sweet treats, water bottle, utensils, cutlery, dishwasher, steam iron, bathroom slippers and more. Bed and mattress was very comfortable. They made our stay memorable as it was a special occasion for us. Proximity 7 minutes by walk to Metro Flaminio, 400 metres to Carrefour and 10 minutes walk to Spanish steps and shopping area. Plenty of restaurants to select from. Elevator size was decent as generally lifts in Rome can take only 1 person. This was one of the best apartments I've stayed in. Really exceeded my expectations. Lovely apartment, look no further!
