Really enjoyed our stay here. Had booked in anticipation of a basic self catering apartment but all the little things added in made it so much more enjoyable. The staff were so pleasant and eager to help. Everything is within walking distance.

The room was smaller than on the picture. The bedroom didn't have any windows and didn't have real door just some slide. The breakfast is paid extra, which is fine, but would expect more.:) There is a rule for everybody to wear swimsuit in sauna. The babydance starts at 21.00, which is way too late for our 2.5year old...

The location is ok, you need to take the skibus and is not in front of the house, but if you want to walk around the village it's nice. We really liked the children's playroom, the pool, the sauna. Made all the difference in the bad weather. All the personel, but especially thise in the breakfast room were very nice.

The pool is not huge and many people like to stay in it. We had to park in the underground garage (paid) because there were no spaces in front of the building.

it’s a check-in at 15:00 , but appartement was ready at 17:00. we arrived at 13:00 so then it’s no problem rooms are not ready but to wait from 15:00 till 17:00 is a problem after long drive with 2 young kids and 1 Baby who needs to sleep . also skilift are not to walk with skis and shoes it’s to far

The bunk bed mattresses could have been a bit more comfortable.

The studio had everything our family needed. It is located in the heart of San Martino di Castrozza, 30 metres from the pedestrian zone and a few hundred metres from the nearest ski slopes. Very clean. The staff extremely polite and helpful.

Bad view from the windows. The beds are not comfortable, as well as the pillows. Be prepared to have everything for kitchenette and bathroom as they provide only the start pack regarding consumables. It was frozen 200 euros per room, which I consider a stupid way of running a hotel. Not the best soundproofing walls.

Everything fitted in the room and ready for a great experience for skiing. The location is close to the city centre and ski buses. Free parking. Big rooms for a studio. Friendly staff and helpful. Free sauna and pool.

Room a bit dark and little outlook as it was at the back.

Location excellent for walking and mountain biking and in the winter it would be great for skiing. Pool and sauna good to unwind after a day in the mountains.

It was extremely noisy, there were children running up and down the halls after midnight, the family above was yelling late into the night, with no regard for other people. The pool was closed, and the sauna was flooded with children and teenagers coming in and out, this was not a relaxing experience. 12 euros for breakfast was not worth it, food was constantly running out, and there were no plates ready to use. Overall all it was an unpleasant stay

- Size of the room - pictures are misleading, as room was smaller than expected. Kitchen tiny. Microwave 300W. Room not adequate for 4 adults. - Bedroom claustrophobic with tiny roof window. - Room outdated - renovation would do. - No daily cleaning of the room. - Awful smell of chlorine from swimming pool in the reception area. Disinfection is must, but better ventilation shall be used. - One door card for 4 people (!!!). We had to ask for second one, as reception staff did not think to suggest it. - €200.00 refund can take up to two weeks, as per receptionist information. Unless you will use this same card to pay local TAX while checking out, then this takes day or so. I think that guests supposed to be fully informed about this policy when checking in to avoid unnecessary confusion upon checking out. - Distances to ski lifts are probably given in straight lines, as to go to Tongola cable car, you had to walk to ski bus stop and then travel for good 15 minutes. hence info misleading. - View on next door hotel from our room. Just tiny glimpse of Rosseta. - In general offer way below expectation and definitely not good value for amount we had to pay for it.

We loved our small apartment in the Sporting Club Residence. It suited us perfectly while we did day hikes in San Martino di Castrozza. It was centrally located, and great value for money with a small kitchenette and ensuite bathroom.

WiFi did not work for our whole stay - 8 days. The hotel could not fix it for such a long time. It was an issue for us as we were foreigners and did not have Italian network.

Room was very comfortable. Staff was nice.
