The mattress was a little uncomfortable due to some bulges, they were also actually two single mattresses put together so they opened up a bit, wasn't great for a couple. The bathroom's disposition was super odd, rendering it quite uncomfortable.

Loved the location, and the good predisposition of the staff. It was chilly outside but inside it was warm and cozy.

There was only one curtain and it didn't cover the whole window space so couldn't block out the light in the morning. Cant be mad though as window was big, letting in lots of natural light and could keep the window open for a good breeze. Other than that, everything was clean and functional.

Location was excellent. Close to metro and Vatican. Lots of lovely restaurants in the area and neighbourhood was quiet at night. Staff were friendly and gave us all the info we needed. Ideal place to stay for couples who need a quiet room and good base location.

The walls are PAPER thin. You can hear someone in the next room or across the hall spraying deodorant very clearly to give some context as to how thin they are. There was always a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the hallways. The one window in our room was small and had frosted glass. The TV didn't connect to the internet so not much choice on what to watch. You get what you pay for though.

Mini fridge in room (nothing in it so we could use it ourselves which was nice). Staff were attentive and offered us a free upgrade on arrival. Bed was really comfy. Free wifi was a nice touch. Shower worked well. All in all this place is extremely good value for money and we will be back ! At first, we weren't Sure with the location but as we explored the area we fell in love, the restaurants in the area are really nice and everything is a lot cheaper in this location because its not the direct centre of Rome. Would recommend if you're not planning on spending whole days inside the hotel, it really is just a nice and clean and safe place to stay the night.

The bath room was a bit close-fitting, and the shower head does not have any place to hang it on.

The hotel was quite nice as the room and toilet was clean and organized. Also, the location was great because there were a lot of restaurants around the area, the metro is just walking distance, and there is a mini market nearby. Apart from everything mentioned, I think the most positive thing about this hotel are the staff, especially the receptionists (Alvin, and 2 other male staff), they were very accomodating and helpful. 🙂

The bed wasn't very clean, the bed sheets weren't changed at room service. Apparently, the cleaning staff only flipped the sides. Towels weren't changed until i asked for new ones. No kettle in the room.

The location was perfect. Rececption staff were very helpful and kind.

No Clim. Bathroom has to be completely renovated but ok anyhow for toilets or shower. Breakfast is missing. At least a boiler with coffee and tea in the room? Several bars restaurants a few meters around on the corner.

Exactly as expected : friendly people at the desk, a large and comfortable bed . A small room 11 Sq Meter. Calm enough . 500 m from metro LEPANTO ligne A . 900 m to Vatican and Sixtine by feet . 1,1kms to Ssint Pierre. Good situation .

Poor signage, no elevator (2 flights of stairs), air con made loud noises and leaked

Stayed on Aug 3, staff allowed for early check in and upgrade, much appreciated after 23 hrs travel! They were also helpful in explaining how to catch taxis in Rome. Good location in a quiet street, felt safe walking around alone as a female traveller. Approx 10 min walk to the Vatican

It was ok, the bathroom is not the best but we had hot water and it was ok.

It was very good, as expected, it's a pretty cheap hotel compared to others in the area, it's very close to the Vatican and the metro. The room and conditions are modest, who wants something luxurious go to the 4 5 star hotels but I was satisfied here.
