There was some building work going on in and around the building during our stay. While unfortunate, this was not the fault of the hotel and solutions to this problem were handled by the staff promptly and professionally to make up for it, so this was appreciated.

Beautiful building, the room was very nicely decorated and balcony overlooking a small courtyard was very peaceful. Reception staff were very knowledgeable of the area, helpful, friendly and attentive. Location was perfect, just a 1/2 minute walk to the top of the Spanish Steps and easily accessible for taxis.

Set in an authentic old Roman building only a few minutes walk from the Spanish steps are these ultra modern rooms with the very best of design and technology. The decor is delightfully crisp, sharp and clean and very, very new. With magnificent floor to ceiling curtains. We really appreciated the extra cool touches, such as the light in the floor of the bathroom which comes on automatically when you open the door (very helpful in the dark of the night), and the USB ports set in the bedside panels. One of the highlights of our stay was not having to negotiate language barriers. This was particularly so in the person of Daniele who went out of his way to recommend restaurants particularly suited to our taste, and then made the booking on our behalf. He also negotiated the online booking for the Vatican museum on our behalf also, and forwarded the tickets directly to our phones. His English was perfect and he could not have been more helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. Thanks again Daniele, we’ll be back.

Staying hundred yards from iconic Hotel Hassler, being Hepburn home while filming scenes playing a princess in “Roman Holiday,” is something really special. Spanish steps in 3 minutes and you are entering in realm of ancient and vibrant Rome, all by foot. Great location. Ancinet buliding outside, vintage stairway and elevator and then completely renovated apartment in modern clasical style. Stuff is there when you need them, great recommendations for restaurants and all what you would need.

It wasn't ideal that the hotel did not have dining facilities. There was no restaurant to sit in for breakfast/dinner/lunch. However, we do know this is in the pipeline for the hotel as it only opened at the end of last year and is still in the middle of renovations.

Excellent location... a 20 - to 30-minute walk to the iconic attractions (not all), and less than a 5 minute walk to the Spanish steps. Friendly staff who are very accommodating and helpful - the trip was for my 30th, and the hotel left complimentary Prosecco and a birthday message on the day of my birthday. Along with this, they provided restaurant recommendations and things to do! Luxurious, modern, and spacious rooms, with the most comfortable bed! I can't say enough good things about this hotel, a very pleasurable experience!We'll definitely be back!

It was a great location, however, it’s very difficult to reach the hotel with suitcases. It’s on a steep hill. Unless you are young and fit, rolling a 26’ and 20’ suitcase would be daunting. Best to take a taxi either from the airport or termini station.
