The hotel was beautiful, everywhere was clean and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. They even had 4 croissants dropped to the door on our first morning!

Tiny thing that we expected was a hot water shutting down in the shower after a few minutes, it probably just has a timer so the hot water is not overrunning.

Such a lovely place, the apartment was extremely big, much bigger than expected. Everything was super clean and new. Blackout curtains and shutters were amazing for a good sleep. Location is perfect, Venice is very walkable and you can get to the main attractions in minutes. The lady at the reception was so helpful and nice, she showed us around and explained everything. On the first morning we were welcomed by a lovely surprise - fresh croissants from a local bakery, make sure to go there for breakfast as well - delicious! We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful. Very impressive with quality and tasteful fittings. Small kitchen with everything you may require should you wish to use. Excellent spacious shower room. Everyone very friendly and extremely helpful. Excellent location.

It was centrally located to the main San Marco attractions. The room was a great size with separate bedroom, living room & bathroom. Our hosts Paola & Valentina were absolutely amazing. They organised our water taxi from the airport, met us at the landing point, gave us 2 days breakfasts at the local patisserie, bought us cakes and croissants and gave us valuable information about Venice. They also organised a Porter to take our luggage to the ferry station, they made our stay extremely enjoyable!! I would not hesitate in recommending the Residenza Ducato to anyone looking for accommodation in Venice!!

Loved everything! A real gem and oasis. This apartment has a charming historic exterior and a comfortable, well designed modern interior with all of the amenities needed for a romantic and wonderful stay. The staff are excellent. Very nice and helpful. We would definitely book this again.

great location, staff (Valentina) was super helpful helping us book a water taxi from the airport and even picked us up at the Rialto station. In addition, Valentina also dropped of goodies from Manchini Time, we enjoyed so much.

Wow! Everything here is amazing. Location offers easy walking to main attractions. The furniture and decor are similar to what you would find at a modern Ritz hotel. Their restaurant recommendations offer delicious food (that we talk about weeks later) and local ambiance.

The property is stylish, large for Venice and perfectly located. where so many places promise a lot more than they deliver, this property is understated on the website and listings. It is spectacular. All appliances, lighting and aircon is high-tech and everything is of the highest quality. The bathroom we had is enormous and the space generally is unusual for Venice. The hosts are generous with their time and their knowledge. The area is quiet despite its location and the attention to detail is commendable.

Everything! Apartment was centrally located and super clean with modern facilities! Paula welcomed us where our water taxi docked and blessed us with mouth-watering croissants. She also gave us good tips on where to go and eat. She made our water taxi bookings fuss-free!

The host Paola was amazing. She arranged a water taxi to meet us at the train station and met us at the taxi stop to walk us to the apartment. Our laundry was done free of charge. Paola dropped off the most delicious croissants in the morning. She recommended restaurants and made reservations for us. Better service than a 5 star hotel.
