A great apartment, very clean and spacious with a lovely outlook. The location was away from the touristy areas and very quiet. There were restaurants very close by and it wasn’t far to walk to the main sites. The hosts went out of their way to helpful and provided a bottle of bubbles on arrival which was a lovely touch.

The apartment was clean and spacious. It was quiet during the day and night. The location was perfect, short walking distance to stores, restaurants, and beautiful canals. The owner helped us up the stairs with our luggage. They were super helpful and friendly.

Nothing, it was all amazing!

The location was excellent, really close to St Mark's Square and in a beautiful part of town. The host, Cris, could not have been more helpful, especially given that we made a very last minute booking as our prearranged other host had let us down with no notice. It turned what had been quite a stressful situation into a great experience. The hosts even waited up until we arrived at 1.30am to make sure we were able to access the apartment okay. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and also beautifully decorated with Murano glass artefacts. All in all a wonderful experience. Our thanks again to Cris and Francesca.

The apartment is perfectly clean and well equipped. Conveniently located with a short walk from everything…restaurants, supermarket or tourist spots. Cristian and Francesca are great host offering lots of tips and always reachable. These made a perfect place to stay for our four nights in Venice.

Location was excellent. out of the way of the bustling crowns and touristy areas, but close enough to walk to transportaion and enjoy the non-tourist restaurants and lifestyle. Cristain and his wife Francesca couldn't have been more helpful with reccomendations and accomodating everything for us. Cristain is manage of a Glass factory in Murano and invited us for a private tour which was excellent. They also have several other properties that looked lovely too. highly reccomend.

the location was perfect. Away from the real hustle and bustle but close enough for transport, restaurants etc. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. The hosts were amazing. Very quick to answer questions and so very helpful and kind.

We liked everything about the apartment which was very well equipped. People should be aware it is on the top floor without a lift. This was not a problem for us.

For us this was a perfect place to stay for our three nights in Venice. Cristian was a great host offering lots of tips. Conveniently located a short walk from all the action and from public transport links yet in a quiet residential street, with a well-stocked supermarket nearby.

Nothing, it was spectacular

The apartment is gorgeous and the pull out couch is a large size which easily accommodated a third guest. The access to a Laundry washer was also useful. There are a good number of stairs to reach the apartment, for those who need to know. It’s also easily accessible to a variety of places to eat or cafe that aren’t on Google maps. Just walk to your left out of the apartment building and you’ll run into places. Lovely dining options and our hosts were exceptional with recommendations, luggage storage if we needed, and extras where we felt extremely welcomed. So many good things to say about this booking.

I would give more then 10 if I could. SUPER TOP location! Few minutes on foot to everything important, even on Piazza San Marco, yet absolutely quiet street. Nice appartment with the view to wonderful guiet garden. Amazing hosts, TOP care and communication, Cristian and Francesca are always online, ready to help, advise, give tips etc. I fully reccomend and if I go again in Venice I definitely want to stay there again. There is no elevator, so you do have to go up and down three flights of stairs. For me, this was not an issue, seeing it as an extra benefit from both an environmental and health point of view. But it may be for those with mobility issues.

This was a delightful stay with a warm contact with the owners starting well before my arrival in Venice. Cristian and Francesca were prompt in answering my questions and anticipating my needs by providing me with clear tips, advice and instructions. A day or two before my trip, they sent me a list of key sights and suggested restaurants to check out. On the day of my arrival, Cristian popped by to make sure that everything was alright and that I was settling in well. I felt I could reach out at any time to ask for advice or suggestions. There was a thoughtful welcome gift waiting for me on arrival. The location of the apartment is perfect for those wishing to discover Venice. It is easy to find, down a quiet residential street about 10 minutes or so on foot from water buses and the buzz of St Mark's square. The Rialto bridge is less than 15 minutes away on foot or 25 minutes by water bus. Up three flights of stairs on the third floor, the apartment itself is bright, spacious and well appointed. The bedroom is on the garden side, but even the living room (with a sofa bed) on the street side is very quiet. The kitchen is well enough equipped that you can make your own meals if you are inclined to do so. The rooms are outfitted with Murano lamps, which added to the experience of being in Venice.

We were happy that we found this apartment! Absolutely clean, cozy, amazing views from the windows to the magic historical buildings, fully equipped. It would be nice if there was an oven or a microwave just to be able to warm a snack. The mattress is comfortable but sometimes it is moved from it's position because the bed is a single one with a drawer-bed adjacent to it (I don't know if I describe it properly). It is ok but it doesn't have a headboard which makes it a little uncomfortable to sit up on the bed.

The location was excellent. Very close to the center but quiet. You can find anything within walking distance. Very convenient because you can return to the apartment, rest for a while and go out again. Very spacious apartment, beautiful, with nice view from the bedroom. You feel like you are resident of Venice! It has Netlfix which we used one night we were too tired to go out! The apartment is easy to find. The owners really kind, helpful and informative. I have only good things to tell about them!

Very nice apartment, located in quiet area and same time close to all Venice attractions. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated. Cristian and Francesca, the hosts, are lovely and helpful people. We had a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us on arrival. Also we really enjoyed a trip to Murano glass factory where Cristian works as a manager. We were treated to a glass blowing experience and my wife, who had a birthday that day, got a lovely souvenir from Cristian - a little piece of Murano glass. What a lovely surprise! We've had really enjoyable experience renting this beautiful apartment and spending our time in Venice thanks to our lovely hosts Cristian and Francesca and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Fantastic little apartment with all the basics in the heart of Venice. Lovely hosts, appreciated the chilled Prosecco and coffee/teabags, salt, washing up liquid, shampoo etc. Quiet building in wonderful area, close to all Venice attractions with a mini supermarket/bakery just a few minutes away. Airconditioning worked perfectly (we visited in July 2022, heatwave). Thank you!
