Maybe the air conditioner is set to work for a limited time, in the morning, the machines could not be turned on with the remote controller. But the whole experience was nice.

the room is clean and the kitchen is good for use. There are air conditioners to cool down the room in the hot summer, but the duration was set to a limited time. the parking place is nice, the staff is very kind.

It is a bit out of town. It was 45 minutes walk to the Arena on the first night. But next day we found the busses that went to different parts of downtown.

Very-very polite and helpful staff. We received an upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment, which was super comfortable. We liked the place a lot. It had everything one might need on a vacation.

Good place in the center of the city. There was a parking lot. The room was clean and services were good.

Even though the toilets looked clean, there was still an unpleasant odor. It should be washed thoroughly with plenty of detergent and plenty of water.

The apartment was very spacious. The beds were comfortable. There was enough shampoo for 2 children and 2 parents.

Was a little way from the centre, about a 20 minute walk, which was tricky in the heat. But the bus stop is close by and plenty of busses which are easy to use.

Modern and clean apartment with everything you need for a short visit. Super friendly and helpful staff. Good sized airy room, the air con was great to have as was the washing machine and free parking!

Very Spartan furniture and fittings that only provided the minimum required with no sense of style or comfort. Also, shower flooded the apartment when first used due to shower mat blocking drain. (Management mortified and quickly sent cleaners to mop out the apartment.)

The room had everything we needed and the washing machine was very useful. Only a 20 minute walk from the centre and there's an Aldi 2 minute walk away for supplies. The gentleman on reception was very friendly and gave us some sightseeing g tips too.

Friendly staff, give advices what we can visit in Verona, where parking. Very spacious apartments. Air conditioners in every room(not sure if all work well), spacious balcony. To Verona center about 30-40min walking.

Very little kitchen equipment ( cutting board missing) but we still managed to cook dinner 1 time

The building is divided into 3 zones , zone A with big balconies on the front but they all looked empty We got apartment in zone B with small balcony and no great view. However it was nice , quite spacious apartment . We stayed for 5 nights. Cleaning service and fresh bedding and towels were provided. Very helpful and nice reception staff. Snack and coffee machines in the hall. . TV with few English channels. Good location. About 20 min walking distance to old town. Lidl and Aldi near about 5 min walk. Pizza restaurant near.

Windows didn't lock fully so you hear a lot of the noise from the road. It's almost outdated, in need of a restoration, feels a bit like old hotels

Rooms are super big and spacious and clean. Staff are friendly and always present. It is close to Verona centre by car (5mins)

As an apartment, you'd expect things like salt, pepper, olive oil, which were in other locations stayed. Here they had nothing.

Parking was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful with attractions and more. There's a good supermarket 5 min from there to buy food.
