It was very noisy, the room was fully dedicated to disabled people (shower, toilet, …), which was a little bit weird.

That the top of the bed was not in good condition and it was falling from fake leather material on my face when I sleep. The untergrund parking lot was really tide and outside was always full.

That you had almost everything that you need inside.

It was a 15 - 20 minute bus ride into Verona centre itself but the last bus was midnight and dropped us just round the corner to the hotel. Not really walking distance

The one bedroom flat was very big and so so beautifully bright. It had 2 balconies one with a table and chairs. Everything there that we needed. Staff were very friendly and nice.

By the description and pictures, I expected all balconies to be usable for sitting. Ours did not have room for chairs. Not good soundproofing, the neighbouring apartments could be heard quite clear.

Apartment is a little bit out of the city. About 30mins walk. There is also not a great deal in the area either. Helpful staff however will tell you bus times etc, if you don't fancy the walk. We walked up, bus back. Also there was a rock bar across the road. No tourists, friendly locals. So we did experience part of the city we wouldn't have in the centre.

Clean, comfortable, well equipped room. Staff friendly and helpful. Verona is a lovely city.

The bed was a bit tougher than I am used to. It is a bit far from the main tourist attractions so consider the public transportation services or walking 😀

It's a great surprise. The apartment is large, well decorated, equipped with all the appliances (large refrigerator, good oven, nice microwave), and the top floor has a view of the city and mountains, and...a balcony, a great surprise! Well prepared for later check-in.

If your windows are facing the street, all you can see is a petrol station, quite noisy traffic. You need to wash all dishes by yourself before leaving otherwise they can charge you.

Close to the centre, all in working order, Public transport stops around the corner.

The internet was not stable and there were some connectivity issues, the toiletries were also not adequate.

Unfortunately, the bedroom space is occupied with large wardrobe cabinets. Too many and too massive for that small apartment. You can put luggage for 3 families at least. But that is not the biggest issue - the major downside of the apartment is the bed. Which is not a bed. Is a sofa that is extended. And it's not at all comfortable. The mattress is horrible. The two sides of the sofa are at different heights and the person sleeping in the superior part, during the night, slides to the downside. So, in terms of sleep comfort, it's a big no-no, if you have back problems or some other problems related to sleep conditions. Finally, the location is situated on a rather used road with traffic that passes right under your window. And the bikes at night are "wonderful".

The apartment we stayed in was spacious, situated on the second floor of the building. It had a large bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Also, the location has both outside parking and underground parking. Easy check-in procedures.
