There was nothing I didn't like.

I was looking for a location that provided a local feel, and it did not disappoint. My husband and I felt like we were living in Rome. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was good. We were able to walk to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, and the Pantheon. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We will be staying here again on our next visit.

Directions to find Residence Regola. Perhaps, breakfast buffet/self serve. Pricey.

Hard to find initially. Clean comfortable and good size room with double bed. October stay so didn't really need the air con. Great location both for transportation and touristy stuff. Secure. Breakfast ok for choice. Generous and with room service. Guests use a check list the previous night for their choices. Very prompt. Noisy outside with passersby at night. Though I don’t know any part of Rome is quiet at night on the weekends. Poor soundproofing between rooms. Clean and adequate bathroom. Very limited hot/tepid water at peak time. Very lovely and helpful staff - both housekeeping and reception . They even turned over the mattress which was sagging a bit. Much better sleep after that. So nice they tidy the room daily.

We booked last minute and got a classic suite. It is very tiny and dark. If you have full-size luggage, you can’t open them in here. It would be suitable for a couple travelling with carry-ons. But we will return and book the bigger room.

The property has the best location ever in Rome. You are close to all the main attractions. Also, two minutes away is Campo di Fiori which is a lovely little district with restaurants and musicians on the street. The other plus is you get served breakfast every day in your room. There is a lovely array of foods to choose from the staff goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and answers all questions.

The location is excellent to walk to the main attractions in Rome and is on a nice quiet street. Our room was small but all we needed. The breakfast in the morning was much appreciated! Very quick to respond to questions before our arrival and great directions on how to find the place. All staff so nice!

The mattress on the bed was a bit hard, which was not great, but still a disadvantage. I would also like to draw the attention of the cleaning staff to the cleanliness of the bathroom. In the shower cubicle, although not significant, but there were streaks on the glass, on the mirror and the faucet, so it was not very good

Great location, walking distance to anywhere. The staff is polite and attentive, they did everything on their part to make our vacation comfortable. Even though we checked out of the hotel very early, we got our breakfast. They left us a small breakfast in advance in the form of muffins, yogurt and fruit

There was no parking at this hotel for our rental car.

This hotel was one of our favorites in all that we stayed in on our vacation in Europe. From the central location for sight seeing, to the beautiful hotel room, to the exceptional customer service and friendly staff, to the very lovely breakfast delivered to our room each morning we were very pleased and happy with our stay here! We would definitely return Claudia and her husband have done an exceptional job and it was a pleasure to stay here!

The location of the hotel is amazing, is near the main attractions in Rome. The room is very spacious and the terrace was a nice touch. The breakfast was delicious and we loved the fact that we had breakfast on our terrace.

Everything went well! Claudia and Fabrizio were friendly, helpful and gracious. This was our fourth bnb on this trip and the best. Immaculate, modern, generous breakfast and great location. What was really appreciated and above the average were the clear, easy to understand instructions on the location itself....where/how/when to enter, as well as written information on all the transportation possibilities for the area. Claudia and Fabrizio are professional and very obviously respectful of their work, their space and their guests.

The location of the hotel was central to all tourist attractions. 20- 30 minutes walk. Plenty of busses available too. Breakfast - a wide choice to choose from and brought to your door. Staff were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Convenient location, and walking distance from The Forum, Coliseum and Pantheon. Our room was well quiet and equipped (it had a tiny kitchenette, and we could have self catered if we had wanted to). We had a small balcony facing onto the back of neighbouring buildings, where we ate breakfast. All the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The Residence is on the first floor of a modern building, and does not have a hotel frontage. There is no lounge/dining room/bar.
