I did not get the view shown in the pictures. Also, I didn’t like that I wasn’t told I had to go pay at the end even though I was told everything was taken care of. I was already at the bus stop and had to run back in order to pay.

I like how close to the ferry and the bus stop it is. Good value for the money.

Checking information wasn’t so clear, I only realised it was at their hotel when I arrived, have to walk back, though not to far, but with luggage and travel alone, it could have been mentioned while booking.

Location was good, away from busy town but good for a mellow travel vibe. Quite and close to everything. Room is spacious.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The balcony was excellent. a lot of space for dining, sun bathing and relaxing.

the only downside I can see is the fact that the residence is located right on the Strada Statale that goes around the bank of Lake Como. There are no pathways for pedestrians around the residence. That makes it a little bit dangerous.

This propery is actually handled by the 4-star hotel Albergo Lenno located 300 m from the residence. The staff from Albergo Lenno is very nice and professionnal, taking care of your requests. You can additionnaly take your breakfast at the hotel and use its swimming pool (in case the one at the residence does not suit you :-)) This residence is really a great place to stay, especially if you are with kids. You have a small kitchenette available as well as a swimming pool and a garden. There is a nice parking lot right in front of the residence. Very handy. The residence also features an elevator. There is also a supermarket within walking distance. By the way, Villa Balbaniello and the traghetto's dock are also within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Lenno and actually for a stay in mid-lake Como area.

Perfect. Very close to the beach and restaurants. Nice little swimming pool with a beautiful green place around. The staff was great. They changed our room to be more confortable with our dog that sleeps outside on the terrace.

Unfortunately the light outside was very bright and couldn’t be turned off, this made room difficult for sleeping . The bed was very hard.

Nice small village feel, very quiet and a short walk to lake shore, but not alot of food choices in the town or any shopping. Close to the castle (not open on Wednesday and Sunday)bus runs regularly very close by. Good for 1 or 2 nights

The outside is very tatty including the pool area- A net would be a good idea for residence to use. We were at the back of the property and it was a horrible outlook - really neglected 😞.

Inside the building was immaculately clean and comfortable - super air con and spacious terrace. If you get rooms at the front (which we didn’t), you get Great Lake views - bonus!

The parking is not reserved for the residence therefore others park there to go to the shore/lake all day and the beds are too hard.
