Noise from trains

Everything was excellent with the exception of the noise from the trains that passed. Good location otherwise. Friendly staff and very clean

Kitchen very basic. No microwave or electric kettle. Gas stove with oven. The building is right beside the railtracks without much sound insulation, but not so many trains; we could sleep without any problem.

Spacious apartment, decent effort to provide breakfast. We even got a complimentary bottle of good local wine. Close to the railway station (maybe too close).

The entrance to the parking lot is a little hard to find. The place is right next to the railways, so it is a little bit noisy.

It was a bit tricky to find as we were driving and it can only be approached from one direction due to the one way street in front. It was very noisy due to the railway line very close by and there was a very unpleasant smell in the car park at various times of day.

It was spacious and well set up. Very clean. Had everything we needed. Close enough for us to walk up to the old town.

Directions to the location could have been better.

When we arrived in Arizza, we could not locate the facility. After parking we walked around for 30 minutes without success. We had the map provided, but could find to way to get to the spot highlighted. After we called the number given, Giovanni was tremendously helpful and deserves high marks for his effort. it turns out the entrance off the main drag is on the right just after the road has a slight bend to the right also. This makes the alley tough to see. As I said though, if you call Giovanni will guide you to the site.

very poor airconditioner. Not cooling or cooling very low. in this condition where 40 degree is outsider? it is shame.

The only thing I did not like was how close the hotel was to the rail line.

The residence is located not far from the city centre, altought to the main square and cathedral you have to climb a lot. The building lies next to the railway so it is noisy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

My own fault, but I didn't realize the train tracks were right outside the hotel. This meant we couldn't open the windows/balcony doors. The packaged morning foods weren't great; better to walk to a café somewhere.

The room was very large and I enjoyed making espresso with the provided mocha and fresh ground beans. The walk from the train station was easy, though the place is a little hidden. If I were touring Arezzo for several days, I might choose a different spot, but we were just meeting a group the next morning. Arezzo has a wonderful plaza halfway up the hill to a beautiful park with amazing views down over the valley. We spent a beautiful couple of hours enjoying dinner and people watching.
