The top level appartment would benefit from a decent airconditioning system. Quite hot in summer for sleeping.

Everything was great.

The residence is sort of remote and there is some sort of plant (electric station?) near by. But at the same time it is in a middle of a vineyard in a very picturesque environment. From the house and from the pool you see only vineyard and beautiful mountains.

The wall sound isolation is not perfect, there were incidents in the night like hearing furniture moving but was quickly solved the next day and can be solved if the chairs wear special material.

Location is great, near mountain and Garda lake, close to both Riva and Arco. The pool and outside yard very well maintained.

I have some thoughts about the pool. I understand that it is not used during the winter season. I had no intention of using it either. However, it seems to me that it would be appropriate for it to be covered for the winter period or the water should be drained. A dirty swimming pool is simply not a nice sight.

The apartment contained everything that was stated in the description. I have no objections.

Just an observation. We travelled with a long minivan and the parking places were a bit small for it.

Could be cleaner, we had lots of tufts of hair (probably from dogs) in the living room. The balcony is great but it lacks of furniture. A table and chairs would have been nice there. The kitchen lacks of basics (colander, cutting board,…). The street nearby is a bit noisy. considering the fact that check-in is at 4pm, I think 9am is too early for check out time.

Great place to stay with families. The pool and garden area is beautiful and well furnished, there is some natural shadow. The view into the vineyard and the mountains is awesome. Riva is only a five minute car drive.

The problem is that accomodation has no reception and no owners stay at the accomodation. That means that the way you spend your evenings and nights depends on courtesy of other guests. We spent there 3 nights and had only one night of normal sleep. One night is was 8 hours of dog barking (poor animal left alone in dark appartment), next night was wild party in the appartement above us...

Beautiful location in the middle of wineyards. Spacious, clean and well equipped appartements. Loved the benches and tables under the wisteria plant. It could have been a 10... But...

The emplacement of the residence is really great, close to city and restaurant and the place is amazing between montains and vigna ! The appartement was spacious, confortable, clean and easy to access.

Pet friendly place with large enclosed garden. Parking and hangout-areas in garden are great. Idyllically surrounded by vineyards, Simple flat, but has what you need and great value for money.

The apartment is spacious and well-equipped for self-catering: an ideal property for a longer visit. The vineyard setting also makes for a peaceful stay.

Basic spices (salt, pepper, sugar) in the kitchen would have been nice. Small vacuum cleaner too. Interior a bit dated.

There could be some outside furniture and umbrella provided to sit outside. Also, the bathroom is quite basic.

Location is perfect for people appreciating peace & quiet - the residence is located in the vineyard. Very close to the bikepath between Arco and Torbole. The pool is not very big but clean and there is a jacuzzi too - with cold water which is nice in summer. The apartment we had (no 3) is located on the ground floor and is big - we had 3 double bedrooms and a living room with the kitchen en-suite.

During the evening we were short in towels and toilet paper and there was no one to talk with. The bad wasn't comfortable.
