Didnt bother any of our group , but it is top floor so prepare for some stairs ...( only 3 flights, great for working off that extra pizza ;-) )

Anna was a great host, answered any questions within minutes of asking...Check-in and collection of keys was simple ! Location is ideally close to the town of Pescheria..

The swimming pool had a lot of rules! Especially for children not to jump/dive in the pool or to have any kind of inflatables to play with, including not even allowing a small inflatable beach ball!! You have a wear swimming caps which isn't too bad and they are provided in the apartment. There is life guard on duty all the time which is good.

The location was brilliant! The town was just a 2-3 minute walk away and is full of lovely restaurants, bars and shops. It also has a train and boat which tours the town. The entrance to the apartments was very secure with a coded lock system on the walking and parking gates. The apartment was spacious for 4 people and had a lovely big balcony and kitchen, with all the amenities. There is also air-con in the apartment (C17) . The owners were lovely and very helpful, and the apartment was full of instructions to help whilst staying there for bin location etc etc. The apartment had a small washing machine and maidens.

The door to the balcony doesn't lock so be extra vigilant if you have small children. As stated on the apartment info, there isn't a lift so be prepared to carry luggage/prams etc.

Apartment was spotless - it has everything you need to make a home away from home. The grounds are well maintained and secure. The swimming pool was great - lots of sun loungers and shade available and friendly lifeguards. The location is fantastic- a short stroll into town. Check in and check out were easy - our room was ready early which was an added bonus, thank you!

Water in the swimming pool is cold and you must take a shower before you go to pool: water in the shower is freezing. You must wear swimming cap when swimming (luckily we get those from our room). Tiny ants in the room (not really a problem, but the kid was worried). There was toilet paper but not enough. Shampoo and contidioner would be nice. Sofabed is bit hard. It would be nicer to have own blankets for everyone than have to share the big one. There was instructions of safetybox but we couldn't find the box in the room (but we didn't ask where it was because we didn't really need it). Online check in was bit creepy. First we thought it was some kind of cheeting but it was not.

Great location, short walk to the centre, quite big street, but our room was anyway quiet. Clean, good kitchen, bottle of water. Really nice big balcony. Very good aircondition and room was possible to get very dark during the night. Free WiFi works well. Safe place, the area is fenced and you need the key or code to come in. Big swimming pool and many sunbeds. Reasonable walking distance to the big food stores. Bus stop very near if you want to go to the trainstation or gardaland for example. Main bed was comfortable. Good washing maschine and dishwasher, easy to use and detergents in the room.

Very nice apartment located near the center of the city in a gated community. Apartment was clean and tidy and the host even provided useful extras such as coffee machine with coffee and sugar, tablets for the dish washer and a bottle of water in the fridge. There were even swimming caps required to be able to use the pool located near the apartment. Ms Anna was kind and quick to reply to messages. Recommended.

The only major drawback was that there was no proper double bed, just two single beds pushed together and covered with one sheet. The bed creaked, and the two single beds would separate during the night.

The holiday apartment was very good: A well-equipped kitchen with a dining table, dishes, cutlery, pots, and a dishwasher. A living room with a sofa bed and TV. A children's room with two single beds. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and bidet, including a window for fresh air. The apartment was super clean! Everything was provided: bed linen, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets & laundry detergent, trash bags. The double pool was fine and the location was a 10 min walk away from the beach and the city center. The organization was excellent, and Anna was very friendly. Highly recommended!

La Madonnina Residence from Peschiera del Garda is the perfect place to stay when you want to visit the town, the lake and also the neighbouring attractions. It is strategically situated close to the lake and the fortress. It has all the aces to win the title of one of the best stays in Pischiera.

The only thing that I have missed was a safe (cassaforte) where to lock valuables, since the lock from the appartament entrance door looks to be quite simple. However, no accident happened and I have had a safe stay there:)

Everything was perfect! The appartament is well equipped with everything you need for cooking and keeping it and your belongings clean. Heating perfectly quick & efficient. Location just 7 mins walk from the city centre and the lake. Parking comfortable. The hosts Anna & Albino were very much welcoming. I have enjoyed it and would like to return on some time again.

Taxi from the station to the apartment was easy. In reverse we failed to book a taxi - because we don't speak Italian and the person on the telephone did not understand us.

Great location. Easy to walk into town, along the lake and to transport links - although the railway station is not so easy when pulling cases. Checking in was straightforward as long as you are happy to do it all online. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It's probably one of the better equipped places we have stayed in. Water, tea and coffee are there for you when you arrive. We walked up to the Conad supermarket which wasn't too far. There is also a basic shop nearby which has fruit, household stuff etc. Restaurant across the road was nice.

Lovely apartments with all things you would need for a self catering holiday. Great location near to the lake and the centre of Peschiera. The pool area was lovely and clean and there was always a guard there to supervise. Lots of sunbeds available too. The hosts were lovely and greeted us on arrival explaining everything about apartment and the area round about. During our time there we had lightning and hailstorms these caused lots of damage to apartments, cars etc. after the storms the hosts came round daily to check we were ok and that everything was ok with our apartment and etc. Great apartment and we Will definitely return again.

the pool was closed (we were there in April, so it was maybe to cold) but would have been nice with the hot tub. the beds were a little simple, but ok for a few nights. I would definitely recommend it.

The location was great. Free parking and walking distance to shops restaurants and the lake. we stayed with our teenage kids who loved it.
