Only one thing - the gym needs an uplift

Basically everything - location is perfect as situated in Centre but away from the noisy part. Staff are both friendly and very helpful. Breakfast and bar situated on 4th floor with an incredible view.

The air conditioning unit was very difficult to work. The remote was not intuitive, and the air con kept switching off after a short time. It was too warm to sleep, but if we opened the windows it was too noisy from the traffic on the main thoroughfare outside.

Everything was great!

The rooms are spacious with very nice facilities. There are spectacular views from the rooftop breakfast room. Breakfast was great with many options. When we were there in May, there was abundant street parking very close to the hotel, paid with the Easy Park app which is a really nice way to deal with parking all over Sicily. It was straightforward to park next to the hotel for loading and unloading. The location is perfect, with a pleasant swimming beach right next to the hotel and a short walk to restaurants and bars in the center of town.

Centrally located—close to tourist sights, port, bus and ferry terminals. Very friendly and helpful staff at Reception and at Breakfast. Very good selection of quality breakfast food and drinks served on rooftop overlooking the sea. Lovely, modern room with microwave and basic kitchen needs. No sink.

NO night staff. But had to enter back gate with a hotel key…. Public parking lot about a 5 -10 minute walk away.

Front desk staff courteous and helpful. English was stronger for some staff than others. Rooms were unique; bathroom fan was noisy; began to show a little age but pretty, nonetheless. Breakfast was very nice on the fourth floor - hardworking ladies prepared coffee and cappuccino. Juice selection was very good. Cheeses, 3 kinds of cake (including one pie) croissants, scrambled eggs & hardboiled eggs, bacon, toast, yogurts, salami, jams & marmalades, honey, etc. Did not use the air conditioner - my perception was that it was dusty dirty. (Could be wrong - but I didn’t want to try.) Had refrigerator and coffee maker and kitchen serving utensils, coffee packets and some other things we didn’t use.

Nothing to dislike!

Really enjoyed staying at La Gancia. The concierge, Andrea, was super helpful. We took all his recommendations to enjoy Trapani - the restaurants (La Perla), Cable car to the top of Erice, sunset and a beer on the hotel rooftop - and we had a wonderful time. Highly recommend this hotel.

The whole experience was brilliant. The reception staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The accomodation was excellent with a very comfortable bed great wifi and lovely bathroom. The location was central to all facilities and it was easy for our excursions to Erice, the saltpans tour and the ferry for Favignana. The residence La Gancia had an excellent lift as well as a beautiful marble staircase that led to a top floor terrace for a delightful breakfast served by friendly and attentive staff. Our visit could not have been more perfect. Grazie.

Great location !!! Staff was very friendly, professional., knowledgeable, and helpful. . We had a beautiful view of sea. Breakfast on the rooftop was outstanding with a wide variety. Everything in the room worked and was very clean. Would highly recommend and if we are fortunate enough to travel back here we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent hotel, better than expected. Helpfull stuff, suggested great places where to eat. Arranged taxi. Marco taxi driver was very kind as well. Recomend for sure. Just entrance door is tricky to find at the begining.
