Need more effort to walk up, take some breaths, but the scenery pays it off :)

The place itself is very nice, warm, and cozy. View from my window just amazing. The communication with the owner also smooth. I really love my stay in Ortisei and this place. My suggestion is wear your comfortable sneakers/boots. Dont bring big luggage(s) if not necessary, small/cabin size luggage is okay, but better with big backpack (if you walk a lot and will walk to this place - not using car/taxi), it is a bit in the uphills, just better prepared. The location just near 3 secede cable cars, one in the upper side and two in the down side, so basically it is well situated. Yes, I recommend this place :)

It would be better if there was some small heater to dry close after skiing. Internet was almost absent. One device was finally connected to the internet, and it doesn't work from the bedroom. We didn't have a chance to take a shower after arriving because of hot water absence, and finally, water appeared the next day, so the problem was resolved.

Good big apartment, which is very close to all interesting places. It was a warm, good garage, great view. Polite people. Good kitchen with everything was needed to cook

-The bed was hard a little, not comfortable -There was no lift to use for our luggage- hard to bring the luggage upstairs - No water for drink, at least one or 2 small bottles.

Be aware it's up a very steep hill! Par for the course in dolomites but you need to be a confident drive & have decent mobility. Could hear a lot of noise from downstairs flat, although it didnt affect our sleep.

Nice little place. Room was good, comfy bed and decent kitchenette. Less than 10 mins to the centre, nearest restaurants closer. Right next to seceda cable car which was fab as the queues were parking looked crazy! Secure parking. Lovely mountain view.

The location was close to the chair lifts for Seceda which was the reason we chose the property.The doonas and all bedding were beautiful to sleep in.Great view from the balcony and spacious property overall.

Our bedroom window connects to our neighbour's balcony. We weren't sure if the room next to ours was rented but had to keep the bedroom curtains drawn.

The room was big and neat. Very close to the cable car. We didn't have a car and contacted the host in the evening after we couldn't find public transport tickets in the room. He delivered them the next morning. Many thanks to the host.

Need to climb the last 200 meters to the residence after Seceda lifts since we didn't rent a car.

I liked the mountain view outside of the window. The kitchen kits are good quality . Owner is nice , gave us local guest cards for local transportation.

First, it was very spacious. Second, it was close to both Seceda and Funivia. Third, the beds and sheets were SO comfy. I would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Ortisei.

Apartment was very clean and good. Host were very nice, kitchen and other facilities were good. One of our mattress was not good, though host informed us later why we didn't inform earlier and they could replace it ( so fault on our side also).

Enjoy you're visit in Val Gardena and visit soon, when you compare it to Austria with bad staff and Low quality food where the Austrian atmosphere has gone then you appreciate the high quality of the Italian Restaurants.

Could have done with a bit of coffee, perhaps a "minibar" arrangement somehow. I had to buy everything in, which is OK actually (it wasn't a hotel room). But e.g. no spare waste bags. Completely empty fridge, etc. A bit more little food/drink frills when I got there would have been nice.

All essentials present. Bidet and great shower and bath, great for hikers. Washing machine and dryer. Great location, up the hill from the Seceda cable car. Only 10 mins to town by foot. Good support from the owner/administrator.

Great apartment located in Ortisei. Kitchen was well stocked with crockery (although lacking a toaster). Comfortable stay with everything we needed for 5 days whilst hiking in the Dolomites. SudMobil free bus pass provided with stay is great for free accessto all local buses.

The landlord has a bad attitude, we just stayed at the outside table for a while and he yelled at us, he said we stayed for a long time but we didn't, he said another guest needed to use it, long after we left Found the table not being used, he had a very bad attitude
