The apartment layout is overall poor, the bathroom is big but uncomfortable. Not enough storage space for 2 adults and 2 kids for 3 days. And there are construction works nearby

The location is walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. All doors including the garage open with the code which is very convenient

The apartment was not so clean and quite outdated and in need of some minor work/ repairs. Quite dark furniture made it look and feel quite small.

Gave us the wrong keys of the apartment. People were able to open our apartment even the door was closed at 9am. In general the apartment is old, and it’s equipment too. Also, there was too much noise from the outside.

The bedroom door needs to be lubricated- as the door was very very loud to open and close. :) Not that it bothered us much, but a smal thing that should be fixed.

The appartment was suprisingly nice and comfortable. The location is very convenient- the old town of Riva del Garda starts just across the street. Free private parking- perfect! The value for money- above out expectations.

The apartment is more than a little tired. Many many users and not to much maintenance. The bed in no. 7 really need new mattresses. If you stay for a long time, you will need a small freezer and a small oven instead of a microwave. Other guests have many many dogs - a note if you are allergic. The hotel staff does forget to give you the trento Card - little irritating with a long term stay (10 days).

Location is perfect. Apartment no. 7 is very good - well away from the neighbors smelling chickens. Balcony was perfect. Trees on the street is perfectly shading for the strong sun. Parking was very good. Cleaning staff is very friendly - we met hotel staff for 5 minutes, so .....

It was very noisy - apartment is near the main street, even when the window is closed it looks like it is opened and it is not possible to sleep. You hear everything! Smell is very bad in the apartaments. And the bed in living room is broken - but it is for sleeping…

I booked this property due to Air Conditioning but it's in living room n sofa cum bed is not at all comfortable. I couldn't use my bedroom due to no Air Conditioning. Also for checkin to this place, you need to collect keys from another location about 20 m8ns by walk. Not recommended people who don't have Car for checkin procedure. I didn't got any prior notification for such checkin procedure.

Location is good, near Centro, No balcony in my room, but big windows with nice view of road. On my request someone from staff came to give me keys n done checkin procedure otherwise I've to walk 20 mins one way.

probably it was Royal but at least 15 years ago. today it is shabby, outworn smokers flat in good loacation in nice city. overpriced for its current outworn condition and outdated amenities
