Nice location. Friendly staff. The interior is dated, however still clean and fresh. Nice outlook from the room. Breakfast was great, so much variety and plenty of it.

Rooms a bit dated. It would be great if, on the website or after booking, directions to the hotel were provided, which is easy if you already know where to go (just follow the perimeter road in an anticlockwise direction) in order to avoid the ZTL which the satnav directs one to.

They did not have iron and the toiletries were quite basic.

The price was quite steep given we stayed midweek, out of season and had a standard room with no view. The excessive use of floral pattern was not to my liking!

Convenient hotel with secure private parking. Easy walk in to the town for restaurants and shops. Room had a small balcony but not quite the sea views - we looked straight at a brick wall but then some rooms have to be at the side of the hotel!

Our room was west facing and so it was exposed to the sunshine most part of the day. That means even though there is a balcony it was too hot for use to use it. Also, we had to keep the balcony door shut and the curtains closed for the same reason. The air con works very well. Breakfast was fine if a bit 'regimented', depending on what member of staff was serving you.

Perfect location in front of the laguna. We had a room on the 4th floor with the lift. The room is pleasant with a flower motif. The bathroom is large although the shower is on the small side. We slept very well. We thought the mattress was firm but not hard. There is a balcony.

A strange feeling that everything is chargeable in an already expensive hotel: water in the room, parking, baby cot. Not that they transparent about it but the hotel is not cheap so all these accumulation of charges are frustrating

No clear place to pull in wit the car to check in. Parking was below the building, not accessible by elevator, very tight and a bit crummy . Barking dog in a room near by Old hotel that seemed to cater to mostly Italian folks. Very little English spoken

Breakfast was quite good. It was close to restaurants, but the one that we went to by their recommendation, was overpriced and not very good. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful

Slight smell in the room. We were not allowed a kettle in our room and were charged extra for a pot of hot water for our own teabags.

The care the property went to to minimise the risk of Covid was thoughtful thank you! Good sized room and bathroom but a faint ‘old carpet’ smell that didn’t disappear even with door open to balcony. Very helpful and cheerful waitress/staff on breakfast which had to be ordered on a piece of paper and prepared for each guest by hand.
