We had a really good stay at this hotel in Tuscany! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and by the second day, they remembered our cappuccino order, which made breakfast feel even more special. Speaking of breakfast, it was fantastic – fresh pastries, fruit, and local Italian treats. Our room had a sunny balcony that was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Tuscan countryside views in the morning. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore the nearby villages and vineyards. The wallpaper in the room had that classic, rustic Italian charm, which added to the cozy atmosphere without feeling outdated. Overall, it was a very pleasant and comfortable stay, and we’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Tuscany!

they do not have much for children to do :) in this period of the year, I guess it is more to visit during the summer because of the beach.

Nicely positioned hotel with beautiful lake views from patio and forward facing rooms. Best pillows in Italy so far. Quiet nights. Very nice breakfast with seating option in courtyard with plenty of room. Very convenient for evening stroll, restaurants and shops. About 2 hr or less drive from Fiumicino made it an easy place to reach first day.

Rooms a bit dated. It would be great if, on the website or after booking, directions to the hotel were provided, which is easy if you already know where to go (just follow the perimeter road in an anticlockwise direction) in order to avoid the ZTL which the satnav directs one to.

They did not have iron and the toiletries were quite basic.

Location and staff were great, especially blonde receptionist, working in the mornings which was exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was also great, with lots of varieties.

The price was quite steep given we stayed midweek, out of season and had a standard room with no view. The excessive use of floral pattern was not to my liking!

Convenient hotel with secure private parking. Easy walk in to the town for restaurants and shops. Room had a small balcony but not quite the sea views - we looked straight at a brick wall but then some rooms have to be at the side of the hotel!

A strange feeling that everything is chargeable in an already expensive hotel: water in the room, parking, baby cot. Not that they transparent about it but the hotel is not cheap so all these accumulation of charges are frustrating

No clear place to pull in wit the car to check in. Parking was below the building, not accessible by elevator, very tight and a bit crummy . Barking dog in a room near by Old hotel that seemed to cater to mostly Italian folks. Very little English spoken

Breakfast was quite good. It was close to restaurants, but the one that we went to by their recommendation, was overpriced and not very good. Front desk staff was courteous and helpful
