This hotel is located at the heart of Rome, in the most visited tourist area. Despite of crowds on the street, the room is pretty quiet. They upgraded our room to luxury with no additional charge. The personnel are very friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. Highly recommend.

The only drawback is you have to climb stairs to be in the reception which is on the first floor. It is bit difficult for someone who have knee problems. Even to reach the breakfast room you climb down 10/12 steps. Take the lift and again take few steps.

Area rug in room needs replacing. A bit intimidating to arrive by taxi with such narrow streets and hundreds of pedestrians and sidewalk tables but we got used to it.

Shower was a bit difficult to use, squashy and hard to turn around in. Also, Would be nice to have milk with tea bags upon arrival.

Proximity to restaurants and experiences was excellent. We could go straight out into the street for food or museums. Loved that the rooms were large and had high ceilings and were beautifully decorated. The windows opened onto the main Street and I could see Trevi fountain and hear activity on the road. The breakfast was complimentary on the last day, also was delicious. We could leave our bags at hotel while taking an overnight trip to Sorrento and Capri.

The management was extremely helpful and professional. Location made the entire trip perfect. The room was great, the view was amazing,the rooftop was so fun. This is the perfect Rome hotel.

The location near the Trevi fountain is of course primo. The rooftop bar gives you a view of half of it. What we liked most about the rooftop bar was how the staff was aware who came in first, next, etc and they would move you to the front 3 tables in order from further back. All the tables are nice but what a nice thing to do for people. The staff are very friendly. The cocktails are very good but expensive. The breakfast was served on the rooftop...nice selection of items, cappuccino made to order. Our room was huge, as was the bathroom, quiet and comfy, safe in room, very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel. Grazie Mille

The air conditioning unit in my room didn’t work but it was not uncomfortable.

The location was perfect. It was next to the Trevi Fountain. Even though it was so close, it was not noisy. The staff were friendly and the cafe attached served excellent croissants and coffee.

The access for the elevator was one flight of stairs up. Which was difficult but we managed

FANTASTIC location and the staff was at and above this level. Lucas the Front Desk Manager continually went out of his way to assist my family. I had my 91 year old mother in law and the staff treated her like she was family. Every request or need was attended to by the staff.

VIEW OF THE TREVI FOUNTAIN - SO PERFECT! Here for our honeymoon and initially booked a regular room, but the staff was so helpful and kind AND UPGRADED US TO THE JUNIOR SUPERIOR SUITE (for free) and we had a window view of the Trevi Fountain. The staff was so helpful - carried our bags, gifted us a bottle of champagne and recommended great local spots (away from the crowded area around the T. Fountain). Could not have asked for a better accommodation. And because you are so close to the Trevi Fountain, you can wake up in the morning and go down to get pictures before the crowds! I mean literally, I could have thrown our "good luck" coins into the Trevi Fountain from our room! If this place is available, BOOK THEM NOW! We have recommended this place to all of our friends and you need to BOOK THIS NOW! They are the best - thank you for making our time so special!!!!!!!
