If we must provide a negative point, personal taste being what it is, we prefer that the Italian pastries served at breakfast didn't have a citrus flavor.

Our favorite part of the stay was definitely the spacious room. We loved lounging by the pool, grabbing a cocktail at the pool bar, and relaxing in the jacuzzi to unwind. The views from breakfast were stunning! Sitting on the patio with a delicious meal was the perfect way to start each morning.

Dinner hall was a little soulless given the surroundings - but this is a very minor point as the food and staff were excellent!

Breakfast was great and the evening meal was very good. Recommendation from the staff for the wine was also very welcomed. Everybody wanted to help and provide service, great hotel location if you want to be with nature or play golf - as I did. The hotel also provides charging points for your car - it was slow charging, but adequate for what I needed.

A unique experience where the hotel is situated in a quiet rural scene overlooking the mountains, but only 10 minutes away from civilization and main roads.

Staff in the restaurant during the dinner was superslow, they didnt care about us at all. Menu is only italian, you have to translate everything and we werent the only guests who were in trouble with ordering.

Beautiful swimming pool, relax zone, wellness. Supercomfy bed. Huge area - looks like a fort, so supersafe place. Staff at the reception and during breakfast was supernice. Tasty breakfast.

The location is unique and very attractive. The hotel is beautifully clean and attractive. It is calm and quiet. The attitude of the manageent team and staff was utterly professional. We would definitely return to this hotel.

Both swimming pools were out of action but this was understandable as we visited at a quiet time of year.

Peaceful hotel which I imagine comes alive in the summer. We stopped over for a night before a flight from Turin and were impressed with the clean and comfortable rooms, relaxing spa and tentative staff. The restaurant was particularly good, we were expecting average hotel food and this far surpassed expectations.

Staff was very warm and welcoming, and you could tell they enjoyed being there! They made us feel right at home. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety, and the dinner was excellent. Rooms were not huge, but they were very well pointed and very comfortable. Shower was great. The grounds were gorgeous, and the pool and sauna were lovely as well. The whole experience was delightful and now we want to return and play the golf courses!

It takes 6/7 minutes to get out of the grounds having to go through two gates. The dinner is more suited to adults who want a surprise dinner with local produce rather than simple pizza and pasta but there are a couple of options close by if that's your preference.

Service can be improved by putting more staff on certain tasks, specially for breakfast which can become hectic. Some facilities can also be improved to meet the expectations coming with a 4 stars hotel, specially bathrooms.

The staff is very friendly and responsive. We had some little issues during our stay and they went extra-mile to solve the problems and accomodate our needs. Gracie ! The hotel and facilities are well kept. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. About the food, breakfast choice and quality were ok. Very good coffee and the staff did accept to prepare eggs on order. Dining at the on site restaurant was a great experience : tasty food and good value for money.
