Amazing position, super quiet, and close to two of the most beautiful golf courses in Italy. Good breakfast, but from such an amazing place, I was expecting something more.

the dinner at the hotel was not according to our taste. very piemontese food but nothing to our taste.

Both swimming pools were out of action but this was understandable as we visited at a quiet time of year.

Peaceful hotel which I imagine comes alive in the summer. We stopped over for a night before a flight from Turin and were impressed with the clean and comfortable rooms, relaxing spa and tentative staff. The restaurant was particularly good, we were expecting average hotel food and this far surpassed expectations.

We got there after dark due to the snow. It would have been better to have a week instead of one day. Great place.

Wow! This is a private holding inside of a National Park! Away from traffic and noise. Completely private. Great place. We even saw 2 cinghiale on the way in!

Restaurant could be improved, it was a C to B- at best, the location is a bit remote but I think this is why people like myself choose it.

Staff was very warm and welcoming, and you could tell they enjoyed being there! They made us feel right at home. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great variety, and the dinner was excellent. Rooms were not huge, but they were very well pointed and very comfortable. Shower was great. The grounds were gorgeous, and the pool and sauna were lovely as well. The whole experience was delightful and now we want to return and play the golf courses!

Breakfast was rather basic in comparison to the lovely dinner and lunch options.

The location was perfect, very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and always on hand to assist and make the guests feel welcome. Julia at the Spa was brilliant and very accommodating.

The beautiful grounds, the friendly staff and the stunning bedroom and en-suite bathroom.

It takes 6/7 minutes to get out of the grounds having to go through two gates. The dinner is more suited to adults who want a surprise dinner with local produce rather than simple pizza and pasta but there are a couple of options close by if that's your preference.

Service can be improved by putting more staff on certain tasks, specially for breakfast which can become hectic. Some facilities can also be improved to meet the expectations coming with a 4 stars hotel, specially bathrooms.

The staff is very friendly and responsive. We had some little issues during our stay and they went extra-mile to solve the problems and accomodate our needs. Gracie ! The hotel and facilities are well kept. The pool and surroundings are wonderful. About the food, breakfast choice and quality were ok. Very good coffee and the staff did accept to prepare eggs on order. Dining at the on site restaurant was a great experience : tasty food and good value for money.

Amazing stay which we enjoyed a lot. Super calm and relaxing atmosphere beautifully located with mountains in the background. Staff was super friendly and helped with everything wee needed. We can recommend having breakfast, lunch and dinner here too. Pool and spa was good. Room was big, nice and clean. No complains and we would love to come back :)

The bathroom lighting could be improved.

The location is beautiful and the layout makes the most of this. The staff were outstanding, helpful and efficient. The food was excellent, as was the choice both a la carte and daily menu.

We were bothered by hornets and wasps around the pool and terrace area, but luckily at the outside spa area we could relax without having this problem :)

It was noise from the generator on the roof.

It was very difficult to find the location. They should add on the main entrance panel that car should go inside the park an additional 2 km.

Great resort in a great location with amazing facilities. Really good value for money. Particularly liked the heated pool, hot tubs and sauna on the outside and the spa. Alessandro at the reception and all the restaurant staff deserve a mention - They made our stay truly enjoyable. Everything was great!
