This is my second stay here, and once more reception assigns the worst room upon check-in, and then when you start complaining they change it to the better one , a room that you see in the pictures. We first received a room on the roof full of mosquitoes, A/C directing a bed , balcony looking at the loud construction station with workers loud in early mornings and room being completely not comfortable. I ordered via this hotel a business car to pick up my wife at the Malpensa airport, but that car never arrived, driver never called us, and the number provided by the hotel belonged to a completely different person. Reception promised my wife to investigate this matter and reimburse us if needed, but it never happened. I think this attitude damages Radisson's worldwide image. We, as a family, always prefer and stay at Radisson Hotels, but this one always surprises me.

Breakfast , cleaning lady, technical staff, and bar service downstairs are great. Thanks to Laura Marino, who helped us out eventually. We were given a nice room and had a very pleasant stay during the remaining days of our trip. Hotel deserves 10/10 if not problems encountered during arrival and check-in. It spoils the whole image.

We had been put on the first floor and the view was very disappointing. Was surprised to find that the Issei restaurant / roof top bar was not open every day

Location was excellent, and the staff were all very friendly and efficient. I liked how we could leave our bags at reception before it was time to check in. Loved the Issei restaurant. The bedroom was so lovely and cool, and we felt very pampered when the bedroom and slippers were made ready for us at night-time

Absolutely everything! The beds are were very comfy, the staff were incredibly welcoming and the roof top bar is something else!! If you visit, you must go to the rooftop bar and have Marco mix your drinks, he’s an absolute craftsman and we wish we could’ve stayed longer!

The place was amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was incredible and the room was just the best. Everything very clean, spacious. Also the hotel has a great location, walking distance from the main Milan attractions and shopping centers but quiet enough that it isn’t very busy around.
