Only slightly annoying thing was the lighting of the rooms, especially the shower with high ceilings and low lights.

Breakfast at the local bakery which we added on (which we wouldn't do normally) was the best and great staff. Took a few days to get used to the traffic and noise (lots of ambulances) but used to a quieter life at home. Public transport was excellent, once we got a hang of the charges per trip and could be used across the board.

The weather - we had too much rain. And the lack of sufficient plug points for kettle and phone charging. But the staff remedied this very quickly and offered us a free breakfast the next day.

Very easy to get around Rome from here. The staff were super and everything worked fine. The beds were comfy, and the area was very quiet. But, there were convenient places to eat The building was a beautiful old one very tastefully converted.

Noises from entrance and corridor can be heard in the room. Noisy family with crying yelling toddlers kept their door open and staff didn't ask them to close it.

noisy... ultra noisy. From very early in the morning it's a continuous walk, loudly talking and doing just beyond the door.

The quality of the internet and coverage. While I thoroughly enjoyed my time at your establishment, I found the internet connection to be less reliable than expected. In today's digital age, a stable and fast internet connection is essential for both business and leisure travelers. Enhancing the quality of the internet service and expanding coverage would undoubtedly contribute to an even more satisfying guest experience.

I would like to express my overall satisfaction with my experience. The staff was not only friendly but also professional and helpful throughout my stay. Their dedication to ensuring a pleasant experience did not go unnoticed, and it truly added to the overall positive atmosphere of the hotel.

The walls are pretty thin, so can hear others talking in nearby rooms. Can imagine that this is also true vice versa which is kind of a privacy issue. But we were in the room during the night time only and out for rest of the day for sightseeing so it didn't bother us too much.

The Staffs(both the ladies) are very warm and helping nature. We wanted to keep our valuables in a locker box after we checked out for couple of hours and they found a way to accommodate that. The room facilities are good.

The couples of the room beside was a couple having sex and we can hear everything that’s something that I didn’t like.

Very friendly and helpful receptionist! Took care of everything and provided answers to all of my questions. Room was clean and had everything I needed for my stay.

The shower was difficult to get to the correct temperature and the drain cover was loose. Also the safe needed instructions as i could not use it.

Interior of some rooms is beautiful but some are just not that beautiful, our was red and black colours nothing connected with Italy vibe, but bathroom was beautiful just we lacked something to put our makeup while preparing in bathroom

Location, garden view, they would keep our baggage before check in (since we arrived early) and after check out if our flight was late, we had refrigerator and that was very helpful, also AC perfectly located could’ve stay on all night and we would not feel sick after waking up! :)

The bathroom had limited shelving for toiletries (specifically in/near the shower), the TV was not a Smart TV and therefore was practically useless to an English traveller who doesn’t speak Italian fluently.

centrally located outside the congestion zone, close to lots of restaurants and 2 taxi ranks. the staff were very friendly.

It was not possible to lock the room from the inside without having a key. This is not acceptable if one wants to go to bed earlier than another. It's okay to be in the room when the door is locked and you don't have the key to get out.

It is a bit noisy when the windows are open but they are offering earplugs so you to fees as comfortable as possible.

The location was very good for us - close to the sightseeing center but not so crowded with tourists. The area has good restaurants and cafeterias for a perfect start of the day. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, they answered to all our questions and gave us recommendations.

For what im ised to, the street outside was quite noisy despite the double glasses on the window. However the hotel offeres earplugs to mitigate the issue.

The room had everything you need and was of good size. Location was great for my stay and a short bike ride to most of the main sightseeing area. Staff was extremely nice and communication before and during the stay was excellent.

Smell of drains coming from the bidet. Shower very slow to drain No safe box at first and then one that wasn't fixed to the wall. Cups and drinks not replenished daily. Shower taped up and huge crack in the wash basin.

Proximity to bus routes. Good sized room.
