The rooms were a little tight and the shower pretty small. It did not ruin our opinion of the place though. Excellent balcony too!

This Hotel appears to be a little distance away from everything but they offer a free shuttle to Sorrento regularly and the views are phenomenal, it is worth it for the views! There is even a bus from Positano that passes right in front of the hotel. The Front Desk is so helpful with figuring out all of what you want to accomplish. We wish we would have stayed at least a day or 2 more to enjoy the hotel more thoroughly.

The room we had was on the ground floor opposite the toilets and the walls are very thin we could here everytime the toilet was flushed and people walking/talking in the corridor to their room it was difficult to have a good night's sleep as we were getting woken by the noise. I assume with a room away from this you would still be able to hear the neighbouring rooms.

The hotel staff were helpful. The restaurant over the road was lovely and worth a visit. The hotel is outside of Sorrento and there is a shuttle bus provided by the hotel which is helpful however it may be good to have earlier shuttles available by request as the shuttles don't really start in time to meet with tours and it costs €50-60 for a taxi.

It would have been useful to have a shuttle service back to the hotel mid to late afternoon. There are several in the morning, and then none until 5.30pm Milk in the room would have been useful as I don't like black tea and coffee

The hotel is in a beautiful location with amazing views. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The shuttle bus service is very good (essential due to the location). It is easy to book and there is always availability. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant over the road, which also has stunning views

It is a long way out of the town, although we were aware of this when we booked. It is also on quite a busy road. The hotel's restaurant is actually a short walk from the hotel and is separately owned and run.

Staff were great, really helpful. Good breakfast. Lots of excursions can be organised and booked through the hotel. Good shuttle service into Sorrento, although this takes 30 minutes.

Beautiful hotel set up high in the mountain with the most magnificent view of both coastlines. Even better if that was possible is the staff. We travel for leisure often and have never experienced such amazing service and friendliness of staff. Nothing was too much trouble and our trip culminated in the most amazing pizza class which had been arranged for us. The shuttle to Sorrento was frequent in a high quality vehicle which was superbly clean.

The staff is exceptionally kind. I don't really know languages, but they understood everything. They arranged a transfer to the early flight. The shuttle took me to the city several times and was punctual. The view from the hotel is beautiful. I also thank you for everything.

The decor is tacky and mismatched, but everything else is great and outweighs any misguided design decisions.

The staff were all incredibly nice and helpful. The views from this hotel are outstanding. Breakfast was very nice. Shuttle service to and from Sorrento center was convenient.

I totally enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel. The staff are simply the best I've experienced (and I was a flight attendant for nearly two decades). I had a sea view room and was stunning to wake up to and to have a wine on my terrace at night. The shuttle to Sorrento was a plus and always lovely to come back to the quiet after a day in Sorrento.

The bathroom. In our superior double room was tiny very dated Needs to be given a fresh lift . Balcony left a lot to be desired regarding the unstable table and plastic chairs

There is no restaurant at night and the only options is a stunning restaurant opposite ( food not great) or a lovely family restaurant a 15 minute walk away on the road (be careful walking ) The restaurant had a pizza night on Tuesday - which was great .

The hotel is located high up on the hill just outside Sorrento and it has stunning views of Sorrento and Vesuvius . The staff , especially Angela and Stefano , made us feel at home and went beyond and above to make our stay very pleasant. The pool is lovely and has a great relaxation area with loungers and hanging chairs . Breakfast is also good. There’s a free shuttle to Sorrento

Breakfast was not brilliant, especially the orange juice being served in plastic cups - didn't see why glass couldn't be used. We didn't bother going again after the first one. The breakfast room was not too inviting with no windows (hence no view of anything), and despite arriving 45 minutes before finish time a lot of the food had run out. The fruit pots looked like they were going over and not fresh. In the rooms, especially bathroom, the fitments were in plastic (soap holders, towel rails etc.) which looked a bit cheap compared to chrome for instance. Again, paper cups were provided, not glass, and the small white plastic kettle was a bit cheap looking. The terrace could have been a bit more private ie non slatted railings between rooms. The bus could have been a bit more frequent during the middle of the day as nothing between 12 and 5 - going and coming back.

View was magnificent; shuttle service was very efficient, especially when after an injured knee the driver dropped us nearer to our destination at our request; Staff very friendly and professional - all very helpful, especially young girl on reception, and Stefano and Antonio at the pool bar and both the bus drivers. Room was great, bright and airy with lovely terrace. Pool was wonderful with good priced bar and lunches; the restaurant up the hill was lovely - friendly with great ambiance. Pool bar seating area at the top was a nice setting to sit in the evening with a bottle of wine.

Although there is a free shuttle to Sorento some times per day, it is uncomfortable to stay far away from the town.

The location is super 😍. Very clean, nice hotel. We really enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that the hotel should work on is breakfast. I would love to have the salad, fruits and vegetables fresher. Otherwise everything is excellent.
