The restaurant was quite expensive and not much choice for cheaper option.

The breakfast was a good selection of different foods. The location was great for visiting siena and Parc dei mulini.

Main drawback is the noise insulation in the rooms. Very poor.

The room was large and the beds comfortable. Breakfast and the dinner restaurant were surprisingly good but the breakfast room is very noisy. Speaking of noise, the sound insulation in the rooms is zero. You can join your neighbours conversation when they wake up at 6am.

The AC was not working effectively. It was 90f outside. Specially upstairs was boiling. No phone/ intercom in the room. For every little request we had to go to the reception desk

The parking situation was poor. Some simple white lines would go a long way to resolving the issue. The air conditioning is old and loud in the night, a lot of banging. The swimming pool could be slightly warmer, considering the hotel is promoted to families. Our toddler could only stay in for five minutes maximum.

The breakfast and friendliness of staff was excellent. Incredibly friendly with our toddler. Also, the front-desk staff recommendations for day trips were exceptionally thought-out with alternative routes suggested based on our needs.

the rooms should be cleaner. we found some bread crumbs on the shelf behind the bed. they should buy new towels. there was a bit of an unpleasant smell and feeling of "used" in the room. it didn't smell clean. the a/c was a bit loud.

the bed is really big. the staff was very kind. the parking is comfortable.

No tea or coffee facilities in the room and just a large hotel feel rather than the cosiness of a B & B where we get to chat to the owners. Great for our one night stay but we prefer B & B's overall.

The hotel is fine with a nice enough room and a great pool which was half covered and had movable covers for the other half (not required when we were there). The breakfast was good with lots of choice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Fairly close to Siena where we went to eat at night which was beautiful.

Swimming pool had very cold water, you can only swim for a few minutes.

First room provided, the air conditioning didn’t work, however staff were willing to let us swap rooms. Fridges do not keep anything cold.

Staff were incredibly helpful and accomodating. Food was delicious and beds comfortable. Bonus was having a pool! Buffet breakfast offered many options and very delicious

The parking and swimming pool had no shadow during the day (8:00 am to 7:00pm) and breakfast room was warm even in the morning.

The location was very good. In 10 minutes by car we could reach Siena for dinner or so.. the room has everything needed, swimming pool was nice. The staff was very friendly and the parking right in front was comfortable

The room was way too warm and you could only use AC and not open the windows. The style of the hotel was a bit old school. Wouldn't say that it was a 4* hotel.

The shower was too small for two people. The spa area and the pool smelled weird. The breakfast was okay, the quality could be better though and the location could be nicer.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. We had each day one hour free for the use of the spa area with sauna, steam bath and relaxation area. The staff was very nice and we had a very pleasant welcome with detailed information about travel possibilities.

We got there and the pool had been closed for a few days already and was closed for the 4 days we were there. They tried to compensate us with a 10% discount at the restaurant for the first night. Then we had no hot water in the room. They gave us a bigger room and another 10% discount at the restaurant for the first night. Like I said, the staff is very nice and tries to do their best, but the hotel is not as good as in the pictures and needs some serious maintenance. The ac was freezing and you cant control it so you have to call front desk every time so they will turn it off.

Breakfast was ok. The restaurant is very good. All the staff is very nice, everyone speaks 3 languages at least and they are all very helpful and do their best to keep the custumers happy. Parking is ok. Location is nice too.

Centrally controlled air conditioning. The room was clean, but cleaning and service could be more consistent.

The hotel has a large parking lot. Walking distance to the train station is about 20 minutes (good to go to Siena). Breakfast at the hotel is fine. The hotel equipment is sufficient. Pool approximately 10x5 m, water pleasant, plenty of sun loungers by the pool. The hotel's equipment is sufficient, I lacked the kettle and cups for tea/coffee in the room. The hotel has its own restaurant, you need to book a place in advance. Price of main dish is around 20 euros.

Size of shower cubicle is tiny even for a small person. Swimming pool was closed which was very disappointing as that was the reason I chose that hotel.

The staff were very accommodating, doing their best to please customers. We were given one of their best rooms. Good location to visit Siena (20' drive) and Tuscany. The place is a bit deceiving from the outside, but the inside is great, from the large breakfast room and patio to the evening restaurant and spa.
