Pool was freezing cold which was really disappointing because it was meant to be heated. We could have booked somewhere a lot less expensive with a cold swimming pool!

Soundproofing. We were in an apartment underneath the pool and could hear them moving the sunbeds every morning to clean. Although it’s great they were cleaning the area but every morning we were woken by this.

Clean. Modern. Friendly. Loved the keypad entry to the room and not having to manage a key. Air conditioning was quiet.

We erally enjoyed the hotel, but we felt the bathroom could do with a fan, and it would be nice to be able to regulate the a/c rather than just an on/off button.

Excellent quality accommodation, so well planned - we had the privacy of our own apartment with a small courtyard, and an easy access to the pools and hotel breakfast.

Beautiful 2 bed apartment. Couldn't fault it. Excellent facilities and staff. Breakfast really good. Around 10 mins walk to Bardalino which is a lovely and lively location. I'd highly recommend these apartments.

Parking can be a bit complicated , as parking is not allocated to the appartments .

Perfect place to stay , walking distance to the lake and Bardolino . Many nice restaurants over-there.. Two pools one on ground floor and one on the roof .

The air in the room becomes quite humid, so it’s best to air it out a few times. Everything else was top notch.

It was amazing. The rooftop pool and terrace made for incredible photos of the sun setting over the lake. The room was great too, as was the terrace/balcony.

The snacks available were ok but only ordered twice! The breakfasts were great. The best snacks were the fresh ones, melon and Parma ham and Caprese salad. Toasties could do with improving.

The accommodation was spotlessly clean. It was comfortable with a large double and two single beds, which was perfect for our 11 and 14 year olds. Staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. Bikes were available from the parent hotel just a few meters away. The pool area was perfectly sized and sun beds always available. Having a fridge and small kitchen was invaluable during the hot weather. It made our stay perfect. We made coffee every morning and sat in our fairly private terrace. Room 22 we found to be perfectly located and were lucky to get this suite.

Everything about this place is perfect. The apartments are clean and well designed with everything you need for your stay (dishwasher, microwave, safety deposit box etc) and the facilities on site are excellent with 2 pools ( one child free ) and a lovely area to sit for eating and drinking. The complex is new so has some lovely touches such as key code entry, use of QR codes for ordering drinks etc and the quietest air conditioning units ever - we couldn't hear them when they were working. The staff are second to none - there were so many housekeeping staff looking after the place, those doing food and drinks were quick and friendly and the staff who work at the parent hotel 3 minutes walk away were always friendly and super helpful with local information, booking rides etc. The location is also perfect - only a 3 minute walk to the lakeside where you can swim and a 15 minute walk into the middle of Bardolino. A couple of restaurants are even closer if that is too far. You are also close to the main bus routes to get you along the lake if you need. A supermarket is only 5 minutes away for essentials. It may not be the cheapest place to stay, but if it matches your budget then I don't believe you will find a better place to stay in the area.

Lovely location, 15 min walk to town, 2 min walk to the lake. Very clean, spacious. Lovely pools, staff were really friendly and helpful. A clean and calm modern hotel.

a bit more choice of small meals/snacks and some other cocktails would be nice but not a must.

Everything was very well organised and the staff were supper friendly. The room was very comfortable and very clean (every day!!) and the location was just perfect, a short walk of say 10 minutes into the city which was on itself very enjoyable for us. The pool was great and the view superb. Was never a problem to get something to eat or drink although the menu was a bit limited for our taste.
