We had a wonderful stay at Roberto’s and Rebecca’s Agriturismo. It was a great experience, the room was comfortable and very clean, the outdoor area with the pool and terrace is very nice and most of all we loved the friendly and warmly atmosphere. We are so happy we could enjoy their great hospitality and that we got the chance to have an amazing dinner with local and home made products cooked by Rebecca (you shouldn’t miss the fresh pasta with ragu). The breakfast was also delicious with various delights. Wished we could have stayed longer!

No complaints except the wifi was quite slow, but we didn’t need it much anyway. Also mobile data works just fine here.

Roberto and Rebecca were the friendliest and kindest people we met in Italy so far. Their property is gorgeous and their local food is delicious. Very peaceful place to stay, I only wish we had time to stay longer! The shower was great, and we slept so well. Also they have some cute dogs.

Roberto and Rebecca, the hosts, were very welcoming. The food was excellent (much better than a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant in Perugia we ate at). Would definitely recommend.

Il Favaio is a place to be, if you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful countryside place to relax, see the medieval villages of the area or even bicycle around the lake as we did! Roberto and Rebecca are people with a big heart. ❤️ They helped us with everything. Rebeccas’ food was best ever. There were nice and friendly dogs as well! Accommodation with two bedrooms is with a private backyard patio, comfortable bed (which is really important!) and very well equipped kitchen. The view from the farm is charming especially during sunset.

Rebecca & Roberto are the best hosts I ever had. They made us feel welcome at any moment & even had some nice tips on what to do 😊 The room was clean & comfortable. Sunset view is amazing. The breakfast was lovely & personal. I also suggest having lunch or dinner at least once in their cosy restaurant.

Nothing, everything was perfect for us.

Travelling for 5 weeks across Italy with a 4 year old and a 10 month old is not easy, and we wanted a relaxing place to finish our trip for the last week. And boy, were we glad we picked this agriturismo farm to spend a week to wind down and live the slow life in the Umbrian country side. Everything was perfect, literally, and could only have been made better had we picked a better season to visit Italy as the weather was not ideal (but as we joked with Roberto, they will do everything they can to make you happy during your stay, but they unfortunately cannot control the weather :-) The highlight of our week has to be the warmth, care and generosity that Roberto and Rebecca offered us throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home in their beautiful farm. I've seen it in another review but Roberto goes above and beyond to be a great host, and even went as far as strolling our baby to let us enjoy the delicious food one of the nights. Speaking of which, the food is outstanding and you can tell Rebecca has a lot of talent to cook delicious Italian food, it was definitely some of the best dishes we had in our entire trip. We hadn't planned on eating there every night but ended up eating dinner there 5 out of 6 nights because it was so good. For accommodations, we chose the apartment which was actually great for our small family, since its on the first floor we could easily wheel the stroller in and out and bring our sleeping son to late dinners directly with the stroller. The rooms were spacious and the terrace out back was great for aperitivo while the sun was setting. Being offseason was also great because we got to get preferential treatment from Roberto who took the time out of his busy schedule to show our daughter a great time around the farm and let us play with his dogs! All in all, this place is a perfect spot to wind down with a family with 2 kids,,highly recommended. If we ever go back to Italy, we will stop by here, for sure!

Absolutely nothing. Everything was just wonderful.

This place is just stunning with amazing landscapes surrounding it. Beautiful sunset, olive trees, pool view. Rebbeca and Roberto were most amazing couple we met who made our stay wonderful right from the beginning with their warm and welcoming nature. Breakfast, dinner and deserts were delicious and Rebecca put so much love and effort in treating us. Our room was everyday cleaned and well taken care off in our absence and we highly appreciate because not every place offers such hospitality. Also, not to forget Roberto is indeed outstandingly funny personality and youll definitely enjoy his company and ofcourse help whenever necessary.

Rebecca and Roberto are exceptional hosts, their passion shines through in everything they do. Nestled on a gentle hill, the location is charming. The culinary experience is outstanding, accompanied by breathtaking views of the landscape. The ambiance is perfect, creating an idyllic atmosphere. All was great!

Delicious food. Local products of the highest quality. Excellent coffee. Rebecca made pancakes for the kids, although it wasn't in the standard offer. We spent a fantastic week. We enjoyed a delicious dinner every day. A wonderful dessert! Roberto and Rebecca are wonderful and caring hosts. the entire facility and all its elements are very neat and clean. You can see that they put a lot of work into the place and pay attention to details. Fantastic and hardworking people. We are glad that we could spend these few days with you. Enjoy a lovely sunset overlooking the vineyards while dining outside. The children were also delighted with the dogs. The property itself is in a good location for those who plan to explore northern Umbria and southern Tuscany. We will definitely come back here someday!

Great place to relax - by the pool -, do some biking, and visit the places in the area (lago Trasimeno, Città della Pieve). Rebecca and Riccardo make you feel at home, and you must try their food (all Umbrian and/or own produce)

Absolutely nothing, this place is perfection!

This place is truly special - magical. It oozes hospitality and peace. The whole ambiance with perfectly curated background music sets the soul at ease. Located just over the Tuscan border into Umbria where the view is equally fantastic, but less crowded and touristic. It is a phenomenal location to visit many of the wonderful hill top cities and Roberto made wonderful recommendations that truly made my trip memorable. The host’s literally bend over backwards to please. At breakfast one morning Roberto asked me if I was enjoying the view and if I didn’t he would change it for me. While he was clearly joking, it literally sums up their attitude. The view is FAR BETTER than the photos depict. Everything one expects from a quintessential Tuscan holiday. Simply breathtaking. This is a TRUE traditional Agriturismo. Roberto and Rebecca are the hardest working people I’ve ever met, running this farm with little help. They work the farm, cook, serve, and engage with the guests. Their farm is part of the slow food movement and the restaurant is “farm to table” with everything served directly from the farm or local products. It is a true foodie paradise. The entire farm is newly renovated and therefore everything is brand new. The beds are so comfortable and they thought to provide both a firm and soft pillow. Rebecca even offered to wash my clothes when I got a stain. The breakfast is divine with fresh eggs, butter, jam, bread, cakes, specialty coffee, fresh fruit, etc. the dinners were the best I’ve had anywhere. I enjoyed coming “home” after a long day exploring to have a relaxing phenomenal meal overlooking the countryside. Do t think twice: book this place, you won’t regret it!!! Everything was great. It is a cute little family agroturism with their own products. We also had a dinner there. We were staying with out 2 years old baby girl and she enjoyed it. The scenery around is beautiful.

Rebecca and Roberto’s place was probably the best agriturismo we could have possibly stayed in. The location was amazing - central to many of the points of interests in both Umbria and Tuscany. Both Rebecca and Roberto were absolutely lovely and they were so kind and helpful. They also provided us with a phenomenal breakfast every morning with the freshest ingredients, many of which were grown on their own farm. They also run a restaurant in the evening, which I would recommend eating at at least once. They also rent out e-bikes, which we didn’t try out, but we saw some people coming in just to rent them. They also have the most loveable dogs and it was so hard to say goodbye to them. We would definitely come back here to stay the next time. Grazie per tutto :’)
